Looks like Floatrite wins both ways even though they're giving out free passes for those that had sites already reserved for this weekend. I wonder how many more gigs were postponed? He might be touring until January at this rate.
Unfortunately Ozzy has been battling some throat problems recently and had to cancel a couple shows. Ozzy has now had four days of rest and received the thumbs up from his doctor in Los Angeles earlier today. Ozzy is on his way to Detroit as you read this, be prepared to "go f...ing crazzzzzzzzy!" http://www.ozzfest.com/news_2005.html
gorgeous, esd! looks like less of a fixer-upper than the previous offer.
in other news, me2's sister went into the c-icu at united this morning. she, tc, and me2's and icesis's mom are down there right now (tc is the "long lost daughter" that roxanne didn't know she had. she was in this morning for a c/t scan and an mri of her head. still waiting to hear from a neurologist as to what is going on. the good news is that she's awake, and complaining because they won't let her have any water
Scary about Icesis! Glad to hear that she is awake! Just scares me because of what happened/is happening with my brother in law. Hoping for the best for you all.
at the moment, it looks like she may be released today. so that's good news. no idea what originally brought it on; but after yet another scan, they seem to have determined that it isn't an aneurysm.
WASHINGTON - The clock is ticking on a new Y2K-style techno scare in 2007 - thanks to Congress.
That's because legislators slipped a measure into the energy bill that President Bush is set to sign today extending daylight-saving time by four weeks - a change-up that machines already programmed for the annual hour jump may not be prepared to cope with.
stop messing with my PARTY times...now I'm going to need to delay my "fall back" extra hour of free sleep...geez..
That's OK because that damn 'Spring Forward' deal always kills me.
All I know is that I'm gonna start stocking up on as much canned food and batteries that I can get my hands on. I'm also gonna go out and get the best generator known to man.
I don't know what I'll do when my VCR is off by an hour. I'm actually scared
hard to explain everything but Icesis is out of ICU and resting at TC&Ares for now. It has been a scary 12 hours for us and we are glad she is out. ::thank goodness::
Anybody catch last nights episode of Six Feet Under?
Truly emotional. I can't remember that last time I was a puddle like that over a damn TV show. It really put things into perspective. Only 2 episodes left to the entire series. :frown:
Anybody want a used trampoline? My neighbor bought a new one and wants to get rid of the old one. Still in good shape. About 15ft across I'm guessing. Let me know if your interested.

messin with DST? What the heck? As if the system wasn't screwy enough already. You want to fix it? Just get rid of it.
