You can't see posts that are in made in hidden folders if you don't have access to the paticular folders they are in.

Earl St is a few blocks south of Phalen. Nick lives up near Phalen.

The address that was listed is not the right address, we believe. We believe that it is 1030 Case Ave, St Paul, MN, 55106. His full name is Steve Michael Jansen. His father has the same first name. The info that was given by Ronjon, we thought was Steve's at first, but we found this other information out via other means. He wants to say that I've been lying, I find that funny and odd seeing as how I haven't done anything like lying in the how many years I've known people here in the Cooler Crew. There is a file full of messages from various personas involved with this, which a few people on here have actually had the chance to see and be amazed by.

With regards to dealing with all this, Tim has been really helpful in all of this. We're trying to work with him on stopping this once and for all. Our holdup is that the police official assigned to it has not been contactable, and has not reached either party. So officials with the site here are working at taking care of this in the most efficient way possible.

There's a Steven M Jansen (and a Sheila) that shows up in history @ 1030 Case, but he was born in 1959, and there's no current phone # showing up for them at that address.

which a few people on here have actually had the chance to see and be amazed by.

We were able to find out a different birthdate for Steve making him 24. I'm not sure where you're getting that info, but it sounds like a cool place to look at.

Interesting observations. If Nick is homeless, how was he posting so much last night late at night? If Ronjon is Steve, why would he say that I was lying when I haven't said much of anything about all this out in the public forums? Why would he give a bogus street address? Why wouldn't he say that he had met me back at the hospital? Why wouldn't he be egramming me for help?

I am writing this egram to the moderators in hopes that they will see fit to edit inflamitory comments in wickednicks post #25 in the What irritates you thread. As everyone knows there have been issues between this party and another cooler crew member. The other member has been respectfull of the forum and has not used it as a platform for debate or discussion of said problem. I feel that the remarks made in Nicks post address a situation that has no buisness on the board. If someone would please remove the sentence about the "legal papers" and let Nick know that this is not the place to address those issues we may hold a chance of not involving the rest of the cooler in this situation. As far as Nick going on a rampage, my feeling is that is a risk I want to take. This has been going on for way too long, and I feel like we've done so much and tried so many things to have this stop, and it hasn't. I don't want to live in fear with all this stuff going on. I don't want to give in to him and have him win. I feel like we've taken the high road on this and tried to deal with it privately. I don't want him to have the chance to manipulate others who may not know into turning against Coco and I when we have done nothing wrong, in my mind.

I don't knoe the specifics TMK.. and as to the other MODS..... sounds like a plan to me. Go with what works. It doesn't belong out in the open threads.

and ya know, there's very little that he can do to go on a rampage so to speak that wouldn't be illegal. a pain in the ass, yes, but we can deal with that.

Yeah. People have said that we should have gone to the police a long time ago, but we can't go back and change things. In my opinion, we tried to handle this in the best way possible of letting it be between the parties involved. We tried not to get others into it all, but it got that way. There were opportunities for things to be taken care of in a better way, they just weren't taken advantage of.

Nick e-grammed me and basically said fine, he'd leave it alone, but that he didn't do anything.

I told him if he didn't do it, he should fight it. That IP addresses could prove his innocence.

But I said, no matter how much it sucks, this is what Coco wants and he needs to walk away.

Well TMK I'm sorry to hear that. I don't know everything that happened. I have only heard your small bits that you have spoken of in here.

There is no reason for people to feel in danger to the point you both do.

Nick said that he didn't do anything, and he's lying. He's done things, and that's why there is a HRO against him. What he's done is called and emailed and egrammed Elissa and myself directly incessantly, of which many times he's been told to stop. We acknowledge that there is a lot more to this, but while we feel strongly he did those other things, the calls and messages directly from him are what got the HRO. He cannot blame anyone else but himself on that. The investigating officer called Elissa this morning and left a voice mail. He wants to see the stack of information that we have so he can determine if this is a criminal case or not. We can have him talk with Tim from Ableminds here too, to determine what informaion Tim has. So things are moving along a bit quicker now, and hopefully a resolution will come sooner.
