I just can't believe this crap.

I've never been real close to Nick, but I always liked him just fine. I even had him over to the house.

I just wish he'd grow up.

There are printouts, and the IP addresses behind those printouts from different sources that can be traced to possibly the same location, or different locations. There's the letters that were left on our cars that threatened Nick to be beat up, which were put in ziploc bags so the police could fingerprint it. I don't doubt that Nick had to go down to be fingerprinted and questioned. Elissa had gotten a bunch of egrams about it earlier this evening.

I so bad want to tell Nick to just shut up about it.

That if he hadn't acted all fruity like this from the start, none of this would have happened.

You want to say things to him? I want to say so much to him, to Shaggy or whoever it is. There's so much I could say to them/him. He was given so many chances on this but he wouldn't take them. No, Nick wasn't. Shaggy, Shaggy's brother, and some other friend were egramming her about it. I have NO IDEA how they would know about Nick going down there for it, yet they did. Hell, in the last egram Shaggy basically was blackmailing Elissa. He said that if she dropped things against Nick, then he wouldn't come out with the stuff he supposedly has on me cheating on her.

What's done is done, but I don't think it was all handled in the best manner.

Nick and Coco knew each other for just 2 1/2 months. They were dating less than that. Nick and Coco were broken up for a month before her and I hung out at all. Nick's actions one night actually brought her and I together. He did some things that freaked her out, I was there for her. That was the start of it. There was nothing of going behind his back or anything like that. They were done, she had moved on, he clearly had not.

not really. regardless of the circumstances, it is unacceptable to harass people to the point of them having to take legal measures to get you to stop. once that happens, there's a line that's crossed. most people have failed relationships in their past, and don't go around acting like lunatics towards their ex's.

I guess also I don't know how we're responsible. She was single, I was single. We started out as friends. I did nothing to break them up. Elissa broke up with Nick because she wasn't happy, nothing because of wanting to get together with myself. Also, in the time that we've been together, we haven't really been advertising it a whole lot. I could write all sorts of lovey-dovey things online for her, and vice versa. We've tried to keep it respectable, not rub it in his face. What we've tried to do is keep it low key and just move past it. He had been told numerous times to leave her alone, leave it alone, leave us alone. He decided not to do that.

No, it wasn't right after. They didn't really make their split public. Plus, he was the catalyst for us hooking up sooner. We were just hanging out as friends, her and I. When things happened involving him, that brought us that much more closer and helped us realize that there was more to things between us. I'm not fully convinced that Nick is responsible for this, although I'm very highly convinced. Shaggy could have something to do with this. The authorities will help us in determining that. Shaggy may despise Nick, but to what degree, and why would he do the things that he's done? Plus if Nick has persisted in things regarding Elissa, who knows what he may have done in persisting towards Shaggy. I can't say. I can only speculate. People are having to make judgments based off of what they think. People can choose to believe Nick. They can choose to believe Elissa and I. If you guys want to make a more informed decision, you can read the numerous printouts we have. I can let you listen to the 29 voice mails I have saved on my phone from Nick, let you see the list of the other times he called (I couldn't save all those voicemails because my phone only allows 30 to be saved).

TMK - Just be sure to not respond to anything...emails, egrams, phone calls. Hang up the phone without saying anything as soon as you find out that it's one of 'those' calls.

Someone is responsible for all those calls and other nonsense. Whoever it is, certainly is not mentally stable. I hope the investigator gets to the bottom of this whole thing very soon.

Terry, I haven't been answering calls if I think it's from someone I don't want to talk to. They can leave messages. I just listen to those. Better as evidence.

Oh, and just as an FYI TMK - I kicked Nick in the ass the other day when he told me he called you to let you know the flag was found. I said WTF are you thinking? I don't think he'd call any of us and let us know. I've gone through some similar shit in the past as most of us have, but this is crazy. Anytime he brings up his heartbreak story - I shut him down instantly and tell him to snap out of it. I even told him that he looks like an idiot and can't handle reality very good.

Thanks. Yeah, I had no idea why Nick called to let us know. I suppose because we were looking for it, but who knows? One day he doesn't want me following him supposedly while I'm looking for it, the next he's telling me it's found. We were up in Brainerd at her parents place anyways. I think we could all tell him to get over it and I don't know when it will get through to him finally.

Oh, and Elissa got an egram from some symbol as a name. Wondering if she really believed that her fiance is at work. I didn't know I was even engaged to her. Anyways, amusing since we have been talking via email throughout the day.
