Elissa doesn't like to post where she's going or what she's going to do because of egrams like that. And I guess there goes the idea that Exodus and Shaggy are two different people? I thought Exodus was supposed to be Steve trying to say he wasn't Shaggy. It's just more crap from the same person. How the hell does Steve know what is best for Nick? This coming from the guy who supposedly beat the crap out of him, on more than one occasion? More of the same crap that Becky Jennings and Chris Potter and others of Nick's supposed friends have said. "Talk to him". "Give him his life back". It's stuff like this that makes me believe it's all Nick doing this stuff.

Cluemaster, you're right, this is really the only way that Nick can contact her. He figures he won't be caught. He's going to be caught, and he's going to have deal with the consequences of his actions. They are indefensible, all that has happened. And to think of what he has done in doing all this, it's unfathomable. If someone believes that it is Steve doing this, I'd like to hear their argument.

Also note that yesterday, Elissa got an egram around 6am, then not until about 9pm. That's 15 hours between egrams. What did Nick say he was going to do yesterday? Go to the fair with his mom, and be there all day basically.

for any of you that are ever interested in the network connection statistics for coolercrew.com, i've got an mrtg page up here that updates every 5 minutes. the blue information is outgoing traffic from the site, the green is how much bandwidth i'm using with the archiving process. the dns changes still haven't propagated completely across the internet, but should within a few hours.

I just have to say.... if this whole mess is Nick.... some one is having one hell of a chat with him very soon.

Heh, I want to have a chat with him. You don't know how hard it is to believe so much that it is him and want to say so much to him, yet not be able to because it is what is best for things.

I know him enough where I feel like I could word it right to talk with him about it without coming right out and being accusing. If you want it to stop, I can give it a try TMK. It's up to you. It would be short, simple and non-threatening but would have an impact. I wouldn't answer any questions that he might have either. Just make a statement.

Thanks CM, but I'll say no thanks. We have tried to get him to stop about other things, and he wouldn't stop. Like you said before, nothing much we say is going to stop him. At this point, I say we leave it to the authorities, if it is in fact him. We're supposed to contact the investigator in the next few days, since we haven't heard anything from him so far. He's had chances, this is the final resort. I doubt he'd even admit it anyways. He'll probably get charged by the cops and still deny it all.

Update on Nick/Exodus/Shaggy:

A few egrams yesterday, the first ones since Friday. One from Shaggy purporting that Nick was in the hospital. Last night, 3 calls from Nick, 2 voice mails left with strange noises, no words spoken. One text message left with a phone number to call which leads to a bogus phone line (Kitch has called it, it's just strange). Today a few messages asking if she'd talked to him, then like 20 egrams saying that she should talk to him. She's going to call the investigator later to find out what the status of the investigation is.

maybe we should unleash esd on him. in the business suit. then see if this all stops :smile:

I want to respond to them, really I do. I want to say how stupid it is that he's all concerned with some childish junior-high crap when how many people have lost their home, lost loved ones, etc? I'll be da bitch if he wants to push it further. I've had to really contain myself through all this crap. Not much really gets to me, but this fucking pisses me off to no end. I hate it when men abuse women. I hate it even more when the woman is the one that means the most to me. I hate that there's not much that can be done about it except via legal means, and those legal means are about as slow to respond as FEMA during a hurricane in Louisiana. I still believe strongly it's Nick behind all this. I've given him the chance to end this without others in the crew knowing. I've given him the chance to end things without getting an HRO, getting the police involved. I've given him the chance to get through this with details not coming out. With all that's going on, all these chances are being discarded. He wants to keep it up, I'll push back with all that I can that will hurt him in the most legal manner there is. Whoever this is, they can go to jail, they can deal with being exposed for all that they've done, they can deal with how others will perceive them or treat them. He or they or whoever have brought it on themselves. I just want justice and the truth, and for them to have to deal with those consequences. They have pushed me farther than anyone has pushed me. You can think badly of me if you want, but all I ask is for you to be in my shoes. Think if this were happening to your wife/girlfriend, to your daughter, to your mother. Think of having to look around you to see if you're being followed, whether leaving work, at the state fair, coming home. Think of having to hold your loved one as they cry because of the fear they have. Think of having them feel like shit because someone has emotionally abused them where they have been accused of being responsible for bad things, for other people's problems when it's not true. Think of having them be called repeatedly, having to change their phone number. Having to take a day off of work to spend $250 on a restraining order. Having to consider not going to certain functions because of the presence of a person who causes them grief and fear. I don't want you guys to have to deal with that. It's not fun, believe me.
