Is Nick now arguing with himsefl (Exodus)?

How does Exodus know about the private Coco thread?

I also found it strange that he says "because all he does is talk about you, and likes to pretend like I'm you."

If this is all Nick, yes, he is. I feel it's just him trying to manipulate people. Trying to get attention, trying to get people to feel sorry for him, trying to get people to think it's not him. Think back to when he was supposedly kicked out, when he was asking how far he could get on a certain amount of money. Yet he's still here posting and hasn't left. I don't think he knows for sure about the private thread. He's just guessing it's gone private.

Nick to me seems like a manipulator. He needs attention. Think of all the attention that he got being a clown in makeup out at the hunt. We went gaga over him. Now that he doesn't have the makeup on, he's not as big an attraction. The attention that he had is gone. He could use Steve as a pawn, without Steve even knowing about it. Make Steve out to be the bad guy. Make Nick out to be the victim.

I also forgot to mention, Nick had admitted back to Elissa, when they were going out, that he was the one who posted for Steve. Steve apparently didn't like to type. Interesting how he's all of a sudden gotten over his dislike for typing in a big way.

I got a hold of the investigator. We're going to be meeting with him Friday night likely to discuss the investigation. He hasn't gotten a hold of Tim yet, but I stressed to him how important it was. It sounds like the case is being reviewed by the county attorney.

the Juggalo thread was made up by violent j, so nick could take the thread out. as far as I can tell, the thread has been deleted.

Exodus has made a post about how the cocorosie thread had been taken out, that it was probably private and people in there were probably talking about Nick. More stuff about Nick being stupid I think, how he should shut up. Can't remember exactly. The anonymousninja1 was just trying to direct people to look at that stuff I think. As far as what I'm saying, I'm trying to be careful. That's one reason why I haven't been saying anything up to this point. There are so many people and resources that say not to respond to things. I realize that Nick could use something that I say back on me, so I have to be careful. I don't feel like I threatened him or gave him any reason to pursue anything against me. There's the possibility that he could put a restraining order back on her and/or I, but he really wouldn't have anything to back it up with.

just deleted the link we had to juggalo central over there; it was causing problems with my archive script. by the way the folder was deleted at about 145 yesterday.

We're finally scheduled to meet with the investigator tonight. He said on Thursday that he wanted to get together this past weekend, but after numerous attempts to get a hold of him, we were unsuccessful. Finally got a hold of him yesterday, so we set up a meeting for tonight. Elissa has been really frustrated and pissed at how this has been handled. We've spent basically a month trying to get things taken care of. It's been nearly impossible to get a hold of the investigator. When we do and he says he'll get back to us by a certain time, it doesn't happen. We've told him numerous times to get a hold of Tim, the sysop here. Even Tim has called and left messages himself. The investigator doesn't realize how vital Tim's information is regarding all this. We've stressed that he call Tim before meeting with us, and even yesterday he was saying he would talk with us before calling Tim. I had to set him straight on that and tell him he has to call Tim. He's very technologically ignorant it sounds. I'll be calling him a few times today to make sure he calls Tim. Hopefully things will be resolved. Elissa, between about Thursday the 1st to last Thursday the 8th, had about 220 messages probably, 140 of which were somewhat unique or not the same message repeatedly sent. No messages this weekend, except for late last night. Within an hour of the message, I got a call from Nick, who left a text message pointing me to a bogus phone number. The end is near I hope.

when this is all done, call up the commanding officer and bitch about the unresponsiveness.

Part of it, I forgot to mention, is that they're apparently understaffed. He gets in for the morning, and has to deal with the people that are in the jail from the previous night. Then he gets to the 80+ cases that he has to deal with. At this point I'm trying to forget about the frustration, and just focus on the fact that he's the one person we need to finally get this taken care of.

unfortunately, however. the system won't change unless people complain about it.

We met with the investigator tonight. He wanted to get an idea of what was happening, try to ask the questions that the county attorney would ask. He had the investigators file. The thing has to be 3-5 inches thick. It's in one of those expanding files, and the thing is pretty much stretched to it's limit, with the stack of egrams that he got tonight. We feel much better after talking to him, and we feel like things will begin to change the way we want. One of the last questions he asked was if he felt our lives have changed because of this. Yeah, they have changed because of it. Greatly. We're trying to get back to what things were like before. We're on our way.

I received a phone call last night from a private phone number. Didn't realize it until I saw I had a voice mail. It went something like "You better watch out you dumb mother fucker, there's a lot of joints that can come out of a neck". It's hard to say what the last part said, it wasn't really easy to make out. Neither me or Elissa could figure what the caller truly said. Either way, I felt damn threatened by it. Even now, I feel a bit sick to my stomach. It wasn't Nick, I know that. It was someone with an accent, like he was from out east, such as Brooklyn. Or one of those tough-talking punks you'll see on tv. Before I didn't really want to think my life was in danger, but after something like that, I have to believe moreso. I'm going to record it and give it to the police, along with the other voice mails I have recorded. I will let them deal with it. I'm so fucking sick of this and want this to go away forever.

that's just f-ed up, kid. from nick's myspace page, he's got something of an acting background, in high school, and a brroklyn accent isn't really that hard to do.

I just realized that I could probably post the voice mails that I'm receiving. I'm recording them onto a digital recording device, and it's transferring them into .wav files. If I wanted to I could post them on here for you guys to listen to. Oh, and I listened to the message again. It has much more profanity in it than I was giving it credit for.
