driving to K-Mark and Walmart to find they are out of the calculator

That Super Target though on Robert opens on Oct 8th! WOW! It's really cool on the outside. The whole area looks so different. I can't wait!

must be about the same time the new one on snelling opens that replaced the original store. they rotated that one on the land. but it irritates you that it opens on the 8th?

no the first line irretated me-that the other two stores were out of calculators -but I guess it irretated me that Target wasn't open cause maybe they would have had the calculator and I wouldn't have to drive to Midway tomorrow.

I drove out to Shoreview Super Target for school supplies the other day and they didn't have notebooks or folders- the woman said they got bombbarded cause the Roseville store was closed but she directed me to LINO LAKES for notebooks!!!!!!

thanks woman.  :eyeroll:

I like doing that..... hitting one store and then having to hit them all, to see who has the best deals....

and just to go places....

west st. paul looks way weird now, though... having the new wally world, and then with whats going on at Target just up the road....

actually I'd check ebay for the calculator. My roommate had to get one for a college class, found out a lot of students have to buy them, then when done with the class, they ditch em on ebay.

we should all organize a calculator selling black-market or something....

can sell them out of the trunk of a car in highschool parking lots....

"yo man... what you need? scientific or regular style?"

Notebooks? So you're saying Walmart doesn't have fricken notebooks?

Maybe I'm missing something here? Are they special notebooks and calculators or something. Last I heard you could buy both at the local gas station for around $1.50.

I went looking for water colors the other day. Both Walmart and Target had almost nothing as far as school supplies go. Maybe they are restocking.

So what ever happened to not letting school kids use calculators, it was always an A becomes a B if you use a calculator when I went to school.

It taking more than 3 quarters for our former o-line coach head coach and our current offensive coordinator and o-line coach to figure out that we shouldn't have a rookie OG in there.
