--cause I'm pretty sure when I'm told when I get laid off that I'm going to get the three weeks of PTO that I'M OWED - IN ADDITION to the severance - and then the company policy gets changed THE VERY NEXT DAY that I got screwed.
Weather that can't decide if it's gonna be nice or crappy - and instead of rain, you just sort of get this foggy mist that feels like someone is spitting on you.
Sitting in the Spitting weather watching adults sux at softball, and not having alcohol to pass the time with.
after changing what I was gonna say, probably 4 times, I have decided that I have 'no comment' ...and am gonna get back outside to enjoy the trees and autumn and such a sunny gorgeous day
I should, but I'm not. that's what I was talking about when I said that i didn't like people holding their end of agreements. Don't know and don't care about the rest of the group crap.
Why wouldn't you be covered? The day you change a policy is the day the new policy would be in effect. So anything prior to that would be the guidelines being used.
Driving 45 minutes, waiting 20 minutes to drive 200 feet, parking in weeds taller than me, waiting 10 minutes to pay 15 bucks each to spend 3 hours waiting in line to ride an 11 minute hayride.
Driving 90 minutes with my mother so she can get a bichon frise puppy, only to see the breeders treat their dogs like livestock. I would have stopped her from buying from them but she has been so heartbroken since her dog died. :frown:
You would think, but it's actually the opposite. We went to a farm in Wisconsin. People in rural areas can get by with a lot more because there is no one nearby to know about it or report it. They also have the space (barns, sheds, pole barns) to house alot of dogs.
If you ever notice in the classifieds under the dogs for sale, half of the phone numbers are Wisconsin area codes. Western WI is all rural and agriculture. And most of the large puppy mill busts they've made in the past few years have been in western WI.
It's so hard to find a reputable breeder. One that does because they LOVE the breed and they want to better the breed. NOT make living at it. I'm going to report those people to the humane society of that county so something can be done.
If you think that someone did it, you should check into it. Email and other correspondence sent over the internet can be traced back to where it came from.
bear, i'd say its time to get yourself an attorney. if the policy changed after your term of employment was up, you're entitled to the unused earned time. period. and then they can pay your attorney for you too.
Twice.
deciding not to go....staying home and doing nothing....again
nothing good anyways....
Call the police on that shit.
No pepband at a highschool football game.
No hot coco with mini-marshmellows at a highschool football game.

you made me think of this Hall & Oats tune
Shake it up is all that we know
Using the bodies up as we go
Waking up to fantasy
The shates all around arenÂ’t the colors we used to see
Broken ice still melts in the sun
And times that are broken can often be one again
WeÂ’re soul alone
And soul really matters to me
Take a look around
YouÂ’re out of touch
IÂ’m out of time
But IÂ’m out of my head when youÂ’re not around
Reaching out for something to hold
Looking for a love where the climate is cold
Manic moves and drowsy dreams
Or living in the middle between the two extremes
Smoking guns hot to the touch
Would cool down if we didnÂ’t use them so much
WeÂ’re soul alone
And soul really matters to me
Too much
note:Merriam-Webster says there is no such word as SHATES
I say you fling bags of burning poo at em.
Poo probly works better though.
or finding a new and inventive way to kill the grass on their lawn, in the shape of bad words.....
when my fraternity letters are always burned into the yard of another fraternity every spring....
geee...I wonder why??

A gopher football team.
