If only there were a medium, something that could expose the problem to millions of people. Something like TV. Now if only there were a station willing to air the story...
I need to buy the greenery and berries for the jardinieres on my front steps, but the weather's been so nice I think they'd look silly. My summer flowers are still blooming in them.
that is nice actually. i don't think we can complain about it being nice enough for that to be happening. but i'm so ready for the holiday season. i just love it!
our whole area on 50th and Penn has the same decorations and lights its going to look so nice!
I get over that way once in a while with one of my daughters when she's picking up her son at his other grandparent's house. We'll have to stop in some time. Do you sell just woman's clothes?
It's really difficult, being from here, going to Vegas to visit for that reason. You look at where you want to go, and think "Yeah, I can walk that" and then you're utterly wiped by the time that you get there. It's crazy. Same thing happened to me a lot last year.
I always wanted to ride in that Bike Across Minnesota event. Even bought a bike and trained a bit. But when push came to shove, I never signed up. And now I'm too old. :frown: And I gave my bike to my son-in-law.

going to that little breakfast place that is always too busy on weekends.
having homemade biscuits with homemade jam
AND a lox, tomatoe, cream cheese ommlette.
leaving there to scout caches - found 4 hiding places down town that were too busy to actually dive into the bushes and come out with the prize - but now know enough to do at nightfall.
coming home from it all and napping in the hammock in 77 degree weather for 2 hours in the yard.
doing laundry and finding $20 in my jeans
what am I missing??
ohh - washing the grey out of my hair while surfing the net.
I've had a few downers too - but I'll save that for the *other* thread.
I wonder if the artists are part of a large charity thing through their companies. I'd be curious if they all worked for the same company or used the same distributors or not.
pixar (the people that make movies) is joining with my cult June 9th - to do a preview night of their movie Cars.
here is the part that is great - we got a theater to donate the location, and we are going to bus in kids living in shelters/low income from all over the county - so they can all come and have a movie night with their families. All the snacks will be provided and games and prizes and face painting prior. etc.

Pity, that's the only emotion your senseless babbling gets out of me.
Why would someone doing their job anger you so?
Why would you chose to call them "douchbags"?
Hhhhmmmmmm

OTS' family member (Grandma?) coming out of surgery and going home tomorrow.
I lost two elderly members of my family in 3 days last month - and so the Family Firestone has something to celebrate!
