I didn't realize hers was her baby, I thought it was her in the hospital bed. I'll have to look. Given that - I guess I didn't really notice the detail of it.

It creeps me, but that's my issue.

BTW: I do pay attention to avatars. I had to turn them off at work for awhile when Me2 had a naked lady as her avatar.

Maybe we could have her change her avatar to grainy footage of Gopher hockey players drinking beer?

Huh - I didn't know about the MM threads until I searched her to see her avatar. All I can say is that drama comes with growth. It's inevitable.

Seriously though, I do feel bad that this all had to happen. It's a lot for you guys to go through, and we didn't want it to come to this. In a way though I'm happy for JT. He's done a lot for us, not only here but over at PF. I think he'll have less stress, be able to enjoy things more here. He'll be happier I suspect.

I feel the same way. He wasn't having any fun and he admitted to not being able to handle this kind of shit very well anyway.

He left on good terms too. It wasn't an I'm taking my ball and going home type of thing. Things were resolved before he left.

It's something that is best for him. This is a place we should all enjoy, not feel like it's a job. One thing that's nice with having more than one moderator here is that we all can take time away if there's personal stuff going on in our lives.

With that, I'll start the discussion of who do we get to replace THX to keep the odd count and how do we go about picking who is even a moderator at all? Including ourselves.

Plus, how do we want to bring this to the forum?

First off, I will ask if any of you do not want to be a moderator. All of us were pretty much granted access to this thread without really being asked if we even wanted to be here. I for one am OK with it.

If we're going to have men kissing men in here, I vote for a female moderator to replace JT.

I like the idea too but we need to decide how the mods are even picked in the first place. I guess there was some question about the process.

FYI - I was asked to be the 7th mod because of the history of being around the hunt boards for longer than most of you all.

It has not turned out to be something I enjoy much, but I will leave that up to others whether or not you want my role as a moderator to continue.

FWIW - And I'm sure I said it before, I think each of us plays a vital role as a mod and brings their own individual style to the table. We are the sum of our parts. And none of us could be truly fair without the others to help keep the balance.

She didn't change the access list to it. I deleted it per her request. She's done here. You guys let Nick come back, so she's gone.

I went looking for it because I wanted to remind her that she did have it and Nick couldn't get in there. I'm sorry about the outcome TMK-J. Really I am. The whole thing sucked on so many levels.
