When one of my grandsons was just a little guy, probably about 4 years old, I stopped at Joe's with him one day after picking him up at day care. He's almost 11 now, and every time he's in my car and we drive down 5th Ave. he asks if we can stop at Joes and mentions the time we stopped there when he was a little boy. That first donut must have made quite an impression.
Check out Keymaster's Belated Birthday Dinner blog. You will see what happened to me. In pants wetting gory detail. (or so my boyfriend says - he thought it quite funny)
I love them. I read all sorts of stuff. I think the Pork Tornado is my all time favorite. The way he tells stories about his cat Queazy.. I tear up with laughter just thinking about it.
guess it was just general. I keep my humor to my daily conversations I guess. Guess you could say my blog these days is my geocaching logs, pretty much covers stuff anyway.
very cool. I tend to have a lot of twisted thoughts and it's a good place for me to get them out. Also it seems like the oddest things happen to me, and it gives me an outlet to describe all life's mishaps.
Basically cause I hate it, and when I'm away from home, it's nice to be unreachable. Guess that keeps me out of touch with people though, lately I've considered I might have to drag the dumb thing around with me just to be included in activities, cause it seems like everyone is on the go all the time.
I don't even know my cell phone number. And I never have it on. I only have it in case of an emergency or if I need to call someone when I'm shopping to ask for sizes and such. I wouldn't even have one except it only costs me $5 a month. 400 minutes anytime/anywhere. It was a deal through Best Buy from one of my daughters when she worked there.
I wish my bill was $5 a month OT... I LOVE my cell phone - maybe - a little too much at times. I have games on there, I can surf the net on there, I have 500+ contacts in there (it's like my address book etc) I can take pixs with it - I can take video. I can plan my life and do my calendar online and then press a button and upload it all into my phone.
I keep it with me pretty much at all times, not so much cause I want to be reachable, (usually I send people to VM if I don't want to chat) I just love the ability to have just about everything I need in one place and it's small and when I can't find the damn thing - all I have to do is call it. Like the clapper only better.
I don't even know my own number and it's never on anyways. It has nothing on it. No games,camera,video.e-mail, or anything. It's there for med hunting only. Someday I may even make a call on it.
Me2 - I got the Nikon Coolpix 5200 - a year ago and it was almost 600 -it's fallen in price and it's the best dang camera I've ever had. 5.2 megpixels. easy to use (and I am an idiot)
love it love it love it.
oh and it's small and fits in your pocket - with a 510(?)mg cartridge I can take up to 15 minutes of video with sound or 400 pictures at a crack and the batteries last forever.
sorry...
ugh - I had the worst experience Saturday night!

So long as I'm not out in a snowbank and you decide to pee on me - we will get along just fine.
