Whew, didn't think I was gonna get on tonight for the clue. Just about 40 minutes ago my computer and/or DSL service went nutzoid and it wouldn't connect me...got it fixed just in time...

Derick, nobody can get in here, somthing's not right there, it says all the names are already taken and when you finally get to sign in it keeps bringing back to the sign in page.

you use a real simple html link that I learned from some eBay stuff I've done... I will email it to you if interested....but the problem is, that's not the image I told it to recall...in fact in this circumstance maybe accessing pix from here just tells it to recall the xoom banner...honest, Im not trying to advertise for xoom

I am in it with about 11 other people

Are you signing up for your handle?

Why don't we all just agree on one chat or the other cuz when it gets to the sixth clue, and every onlooker with interest in the hunt is trying to watch, nobody is going to be able to access a damn thing. So why don't we just choose one and make it easier for ourselves???

ok, u can e-mail it, it sounds good. Thanks

Xoom doesn't allow you to link images from their site. That's why the pic is showing up like that.

Gonna try one more time. I would hope all of you users would please forgive me as I take up your screen place by trying this test one more time:

Hi there THX...I would agree with you in this case, but they do allow it....it's how I link all of my images on eBay.

Woo, the medallion hunt for a new millenium. Where every "the", "a" and "rapscallion" will be analyzed for any hidden meaning. I hope that everyone is well. What's the over-under on the various parks of St Paul so far? I heard that there were hundreds out at the Frog Pond today.. ;)

OK....this is is absolutely the last try and I will refrain for ever and be in all of your respective debts for putting up with my mad scientist experimentation in the "Medallion War Room"

More than a few unless someone gets a paper and then posts it on the message board early. I suppose that also leaves the possibility of people posting fake clues between 11:30 and midnight with some credibility of well written.

I bet this is the latest I have ever started on this board! Some thoughts on finishing my initial slog...

Wright Winger rocks. Only he has caught on to the fact that the medallion has to be in Newell this year. My highly sought after medallion-sniffing hound Sassafras and I have recently returned from a promising expedition to the park.

My reasoning goes as follows. The last two prizes have been found on the West Side (Cherokee) and the East Side (Conway). It is time to move the medallion back to the Highland side of town.

Also, I agree with the theorists who argue with for a big park this year. Last year's was small, and those tend to be the exception not the rule. Indeed, given the fact the medallion hiders couldn't even be sure there would be much snow at the start of the hunt until last Wednesday would seem to indicate a large park; there are more places not requiring snow in a large park.

I know you might be thinking, "gee Pfool, that sounds more like Hidden Falls or Highland to me; Newell is a small park." Tough. Edmund told Lucy the wardrobe was too small to hold Narnia too, and see where it got that Turkish Delight eating freak!

By the way, everyone can discount the 'can't be a golf course' theories. Of course it can, it just can't be on the course.

Good to be back. (Note to those that know me; my email has changed.)

I circled frog pond last night, and Highland...didn't get out of the car. No guesses yet...look thru ALL of the previous clues on the watercooler crew site...the 1st clue has never meant anything except to tell you the rules of the game: ST Paul, not on a golf course.

And just how many people can the chatroom handle? Most have a limit I think that would likely be exceeded by the people visiting this site.

Pfool! So good to see you again.

At the prehunt bash last night, I must have mentioned Newell at least a half dozen times. I do believe this could be the year!

Great to see you!

It will be a cold day before I ever dig in the Frog Pond again. Of course, it's cold now, but not cold enough.
