(real men of genius)
Today we salute you, Mr. Bartender at Buggs Bar.
(Mr. Bartender at Buggs Bar)
We wouldn't want to have your job for 12 days out of the year. Being the home of the medallionators must make your ears bleed.
(at least they tip for your pain!)
Sure there's danger year around- vinyl chairs, pulltabs stuck in your fingernail, glass in your ice...and a backed up toilet?
(but Jake will tell you stories!)
Your keen instincts tell you to stick to activities of cleaning out ashtrays vs. talking to Jake and Donny. And if that doesn't work, you can get stick a knife in your ear.
(did you know donny was finder?!)
So crack open an ice-cold Bud Light, keeper of the bar-rag, because we all know, when the going gets tough, the tough get stay at buggs until clue 12.
(Mr. Bartender at Buggs Bar)
 I'm slipping.... :eyeroll:
(real american heroes)
today we salute you, mr. Treasure Hunters Guide Map Guy
(mr. Treasure Hunters Guide Map Guy)
through the magic of your pencils and expensive computer software, you give us somebody to blame for not finding it.
(leaving out the good spots)
they said the crosby map was a waste....but without you we wouldn't have known about the Octagonal flower garden.
(you had it all planned out)
while lesser men would waste time with details, you had visions of selling books in the parking lot
(considering renting out sholves)
so crack open an ice cold bud light mr. I got an B in 3rd grade Art Class, because you and i know that a day in the park isn't complete without a selling at least 2 books.
(mr. Treasure Hunters Guide Map Guy)
You really think Steve got a B?
Huh.
I just noticed they have
Men of Heros and Men of Genius
I don't think it matters ....much
and well...I gotta give him credit for that at least....
They stopped the "Real American Heroes" one so as not to offend people that are really heroes.
Ever wonder why that is?
HmMMM?
well gary is my hero...
Bud light presents real st paulian heroes
(real st paulian heroes)
Today we salute you, mr. hand and foot warmer inventor
(mr. hand and foot warmer inventor)
While the other 90% of our body is freezing it's ass off, it's okay because we have warm fingers and toes
(my tootsies are so warm)
You took a nerdy subject like Chemistry and made something practical from it for once
(Nerds hate being cold now)
You started off with just foot warmers
(oh!)
But that just wasn't enough, you dared to dream, you said "these can warm my hands too"
(Oh what a vision)
And so the hand and foot warmer was born. So crack open an ice cold bud light mr. hand and foot warmer inventor, but you better drink it fast, because god knows your hands are gonna warm it right up.
(No one likes a warm beer)
I hope someone is keeping track of these?
Not Another Hollywood Film Star
using graphics from the website, info, etc. On the Cold Feet page are 12 bios, and I just know that a cache is gonna go in Como. Hmmm
????
That would have to be at McMurray field.
Oh wait...
(real american heroes)
Today we salute you, Mr. Geocache hiden next to the medallion Guy
(Mr. Geocache hiden next to the medallion Guy)
When all the craze of the medallion hunt hits, you start to worry, because your tupperware container seems to be in the same spot that hordes of people are tearing apart.
(there goes all my dollar store items!)
You anxiously check geocaching.com to see if any cachers have recently found your priceless cache.
(what's this error in /application?)
Who knows what a geocache is? Certainly not that mob of medallion hunters.
(oh!)
But even in the aftermath of the hunt, you've got the determination to rehide another cache in the same exact spot.
(thanks for the free cookie tin!)
So crack open an ice cold bud light Mr. Geocache hiden next to the medallion Guy, just remember, no food or beverages in the cache.
(Man I hate all these stupid cache rules!)
where are we going to have the pre-dig??
I would love nothing more then to have it at greatwaters...
but are we going to have people lost???
As for people being lost I'm sure between ares and myself we can get people the directions they need.
But thats all up to the rest of the crew.
If someone wants to call and re-negotiate, I'm all for it.
We're all going to be boozed up anyways so just point the way.
preferably one with a playland.
cake AND cow and playland
and cookies.
Take over the friggen town!

ESD's hunting grounds?
Thats the info I remember.
First off.... Great songs Kitch. I'm so glad I posted that link to Real American Heros. Keep them coming!!
Secondly, I bought my winter carnival button this past weekend and the post card looks fine. I wouldn't worry it not getting there in one piece. But you assholes get your Christmas cards mailed NOW. I don't want overtime on Dec. 23. Oh the stories I could tell.
And finally my predictions for this year on where the medallion will be: I've always said this on the twincities.com site- Years where there is a ton of snow, it will be in a smaller more obscure park, and year's where there is little to no snow, it's always in a large park. My theory is the clue writer has two sets of clues and two hiding places in mind, but makes up his mind shortly before hand. With that being said --- Lots of snow= Swede Hollow, Langeford Rec,Linwood Rec. No or little snow= Highland, Battle Creek. :goofy:
