Seriously, I didn't ask for an unreasonable amount. I'm really looking for genuine insight here as to what the hell would have posessed them to invite me down, tell me they'll make it good, then two hours later say no.
Bear - I think it happened cause it was meant that you weren't suppose to take this job, cause there is one better suited and super double throw down awesome in your destiny and if you would have taken this job the awesome one would be able to materialize.
and for the record - I hate Destiny. The Future and Fate are just fine, but I hate Destiny.
No counter. Today's meeting was to lay out what I needed to join the company. The first six weeks of salary/comission/bonuses would have totaled $600 net. I walk in the door and they talk about an advance, so I say great, and figure out what I barely need, net - and which, by the way, is 200 bucks over UNEMPLOYMENT - and they say no.

My mom and step dad have a house on the lake in little canada. (on LC Road) My cousins are all still on the other side of the lake on the County Rd C side - off Old Co. Rd C.
My great Aunt tho - lived in the houses facing como park off Como Ave. I spend tons and tons of time at her house in the summer and we would walk to como park - go to the zoo, walk through the flowers, see music at the band shelter, ride the paddle boats in the lake.
My Gran is burried in the Cemetary on Front there - I think it's Calvary?
On of the reasons I always hope for Como. I know the park really well.
They have a fun local fest during the summer that gives tribute to Canada. Pretty cool around the lake during that time. I have a few pix from last years bash. Lotsa choppers.
yes - Little Canada days - and it's sister city Thunder Bay. The Parade goes right past our house every year. As a kid the Vulcans would come by and attempt to smudge us and I would always be armed with the hose and tell them unless they wanted to be soaked - leave me alone! (I had a great fear of men with facial hair - including face hair made of black paint)
Trying to find a program to create accurate scaled maps with (If I could find a decent one, I'd even pay for it...).
Next year I'm thinking I'll have a lot of park info, might convert part of my website into a searchable database of st. paul parks (it'll be a secured thing, the amount of info I'm considering having will be worth blocking general access to)
I think I can safely include any cooler crew cachers in that list.
After researching a bit of mapping software, I think I might have to go off the deep end to do what I'd really like to, far as mapping goes anyway. Lotta stuff to do this next year, good thing I have caching to get me out of the house sometimes...
We got 1st row first section on stage left for Queen. There's still 3rd row on the floor available. If it's anything like Aerosmith was there will be more people buying up the cheaper seats before the best seats go. At least the Queen VIP seats are only $200 where Aerosmith was $450 and $250. Sheesh! :eyeroll:
In their mind anyway.
:frown:
What.
The.
Fuck.
Maybe they were thinking you'd cave.
Not there just yet
Wait! Speaking of........

Saint Paul Photos
Here is something to check out -I look here when I'm feeling homesick for saint paul.
I like that site too. A lot of the shots look exactly like ones that I've taken.
