Mrs. nightowlwife- I sure wish you could have been at the re-hash picnic. The sloppy joes were very tasty- I ate a bowlful. Thank you so much for making them, a Cooler Crew Re-hash bash would not have been the same without the "Joes".

Thanks again.

I'm glad KOP has Mrs. KOP to make sloppy joes.

Mr. KOP let me know he had to crash early to do the St.Cloud stuff.

I really hope to meet Mrs.KOP sometime.

I feel like a Mrsanhuieserbuschendiseasenwoman at this very moment. Even if I've been drinking brandy.

Be cool, sweet lady.

what if he showed up even later than me.... like... after we all left?

Then he could have officially been there, but nobody would have known about it?

Marnin', 'Heads!

Becksie! I forgot to thank you for the loan o'the blue (!!!) gloves! And the water. You know, I think in years to come, I'll drag along a case o'water like that. That was a really good idea. I think. I've never wanted water before, but in hindsite, it seems like a good idea to have some along. A just in case thing. Like a first aid kit. Which someone oughtta have, too. Those kids... Cuts, scraps, things like that. Even if just a tube o'Neosporin and some Band Aides (R).

I'm bummed. Diggin's tater salad went quicker'un my 24 lbs. o'Reese's. I just don't get it... I'm really hurt.

NOT! Yust yolking!

Can't believe Reality's bock. Yuck. I should be noodling a Clue and getting ready to head out to (where else?) BC...

Yes, Mr. Red Ram! Thanks much for the Sloppy Joe Medallions. Would not have been the same w/o them, for sure.

I'm taking The Shovel to work with me today. Honest to gods, I almost slept with last nite, but decided not to. The way I toss and turn, it could have been painful... Gonna wear my 1998 button, too.

Kogren, how'd the Jr. Med Hunt go? Enkneebuddy just go, "Wakfield. I know where ittiz"?

Of course you deserved it, Green! Not necessarily for this year's success...Think of it as a lifetime achievement battle creek park award. You're a shining example - Persistence pays off!

Thanks Tates. As Keith Olbermann used to say, "She's day to day. But really, aren't we all day to day?"

Green my jr. med hunt went okay. Too bad the kids in the group aren't very astute hunters. I stuck a medallion in a new nut goodie wrapper, and they had to call me at home twice and I basically had to spell out where it was.

Sad thing was I didn't even cover my tracks in the snow....

Sundays aren't good for me, hence why I was late. Now if they'd have the RHB a different day.. but I can't go against tradition, so I'll just have to be traditionally late for it.

My husband wanted to see where the medallion was hidden, so I put the coordinates in my GPS, and we went for a little trek.

Boy - they could've went a little farther off into the woods. I don't think it was even 100 yards from the rec center. Probably 150 yards from the 95 site. Sheesh for how big that park is - they could be a little more creative in hiding it. All right I'm done complaining.

holy crap, these cluewriters obviously don't know the locations of their old hunts.

Unless they just don't care... I guess they don't have a 525 foot rule like geocaching though.

They had a thread at PP before the hunt started where people posted their guesses on where it would be and hidden in what. Someone actually guessed Battle Creek in a Nut Goodie wrapper, and it was deleted.

So I guess next year if the have a similar thread, pay attention to what's posted and what's deleted and then look there.

After the Nut Goodie clue I went back to see who had posted that, and it was deleted. Someone else mentioned it in another thread there too.

I guessed BC in that thread. But I said by a log in the woods. (meaning lower part of park)
