no, I went to my MD - she injected me with an anti inflamatory - and I got drugs, a referral to a deep tissue massage specialist and a chiropractor.

While I was there, I also got a years free supply of my asthma inhaler for running...

and since the injection - some of the wincing pain has gone away... off to go pick up my pain pills...

I should be fun this weekend.. :eyeroll:
