I'm back in the house...

Can someone give me an update as to the latest buzz around the cooler...

What two parks did PIE narrow it down to?

Miday may be a "park", but more importantly, it is NOT public property. Thus the medallion is not there.

I don't see my idea on clue #2 either. What I meant is that the correct interpretation of it has yet to be discovered, and if it were, it would either be something in Newell if Newell is correct, or its the one that will point us in the truly correct direction.

I said PHALEN #1

NEWELL #2

FOUND her at MOUNDS, anybody know who she is? She's lost!

What makes you think that it is at Phalen? I don't disagree, but I also don't have anything that gives me a real reason to thinks it's there.

I woke up chasing FRANKENSTEIN through NEWELL and PHALEN, then I went back to sleep!!

PIE

Just a HUNCH, because it's only been there once in the last 20 years!

All other big parks have had it 2 or 3 times!!!

Hey did my picture come through!!

No user inform…

A couple thoughts... There are two sets of television/radio towers located in Shoreview, which is still in Ramsey County - one is a set of two towers, and the other is a single tower - hence, one tower or two. The towers are visible from many parks in the Roseville/Shoreview area.

The John Rose Speedskating oval located in Roseville, just adjacent to Central Park, which may refer to the "setting a pace" clue.

Do you think I'm on to something?

Mom, I was trying to line points up in a triangle. Didn't work. I think too soon yet.

All, Clue #5 names a street. The other clues refer to either things going on in the park, or areas in the park.

JOE!

I said that early on but everybody says, because of clue 1, that it has to be a ST. Paul park!!

So, you already *have* a triangle, then? Why a triangle, or is that just the shape you've got?

Ok... here's some far stretched noodling... what if "some places to gain relief from the rain will serve to help you as your looking" (clue 4) what if the places will help guide you not serve you... could they be forts? Fort Road and Snelling as in Fort Snelling? both would guide you to Highland

Thu, 01/27/2000 - 2:30 PM Permalink

Ittiz a St. Paul park.

Clue one states clearly "a St. Paul park you must go".

No greater Ramsey County hunting this year...

Step, there has not been a clue yet that has not been in/about this park. And when you get #5, you're gonna smack yourself in the head and go, "DUH!"

Unless I'm totally clueless and in the dark, yup. Keep the clue simple, and it'll be right there.

opposite(s) - cloudy AND foul

Can we dig around Midway though? I figured Midway was private- isn't the stadium owned by the Saints? Or am I way off? I don't think they's want us pickin around there.

Thu, 01/27/2000 - 2:45 PM Permalink
Mac-Grove Man

cloudy = clear

foul = fair

I don't get it

Thu, 01/27/2000 - 2:46 PM Permalink
green

Nope, Step. I truly believe what I feel. Else I'd give the xact name o'the street! :>

Again, there has *not* been a clue that has NOT been connected to this park, at least from my noodling. I *will* qualify that far.

Step, I'm surprised you've not noodled it out!

green...how come you think you're so much more in the know than the rest of the world?

Thu, 01/27/2000 - 2:47 PM Permalink

I'll say again... ONE word will suffice for *both* cloudy and foul.

Thu, 01/27/2000 - 2:47 PM Permalink
