ooooh, I hope ali feels better soon :frown: :frown:
we look forward to seeing a pic of her doing a solo! that would be cool - you're a great dad!
thats funny ot
at sarahs choir concert at Central the other night the women sang and then the mens choir came out.... there was a boy (probably 1oth grade) who kept fidgeting right in the front row. he was hardly singing and grabbing at his arm and then at his leg and around the colar and then lifting a leg and then grabbing at his side- through the whole concert- I actually think he may even had a ----, with the way he was tugging at his pants! poor guy. it was funny though.
I'd rather not even go. The boss gave us a budget of 200 bucks for 6 people, and the guy here that's a complete suck up picked buffalo wild wings.
200 divided by 6, should be about 33 bucks, there's no way I'm eating that much food there. Especially since I just went there last night with some friends, thinking tonight's meal would be a different place.
I know this guy's idea is to save $$ and go back to the boss and say "See how much I saved you?".
Just add 30 bucks to my paycheck and call it my christmas bonus.. blah.
Court hearing scheduled for today for Superior woman

A Superior woman is scheduled to make her first appearance in Carlton County District Court today for allegedly driving drunk in an accident that killed two men.
Shanda Rae Waseleski, 28, is charged with five counts of criminal vehicular operation on Nov. 15, resulting in the deaths of Harold Knowlen, 33, of Cloquet and Morris Lamarche, 34, of Duluth.
Waseleski is being held in the Carlton County Jail on $100,000 bond.
According to the Carlton County sheriffÂ’s office:
Lamarche was pinned under the vehicle and appeared dead at the scene on Mission Road on the Fond du Lac Reservation. Knowlen was beneath the front passenger door and roof area of the Dodge Neon. He died two days later.
An investigator said it appeared the only person who could have survived the crash was the driver. The only part of the vehicle that wasnÂ’t destroyed was the front driverÂ’s side.
Waseleski telephoned the sheriffÂ’s dispatch and reported being hit by a car. Deputies found her at the Sawyer Community Center in Cloquet. She was bleeding from the scalp. She later said she was in the car but didnÂ’t know if she was driving or where she was seated in the Dodge Neon.
Deputies obtained surveillance videos from the Black Bear Casino that show Waseleski getting behind the wheel and driving away.
According to the criminal complaint, Waseleski told deputies that she drove to the casino and two other bars. The defendant had a blood-alcohol content of .15, almost double the legal limit to drive.
The five crimes she is accused of include operating a motor vehicle while having an alcohol concentration of .08 or more and operating a motor vehicle in a negligent manner.
She later said she was in the car but didnÂ’t know if she was driving or where she was seated
Last night's dinner, what a waste, 2 people don't show up, the bill, even after I tried ordering extra stuff to bring back to the office for lunch today, was still under a hundred bucks, so the suckup will get praise from the boss.
I drive back to the office to drop off the extra, thinking I'm set for lunch, and today I found out the losers I work with ate it all without even asking me
LOL! I'm laughing more about the fact these brilliant people can barely remember simple instructions, let alone check the outside of a box before they consume the contents.
My colored contacts. I just got the bill for them.
Last year my contacts (for a year ) $99.00 my H.I covers $100. so basically free.
This year - I got colored ones which they said were SLIGHTLY more expensive. What is slightly to you? the total bill was (for a year) $305.00 - $205 billed to me?? that is more than SLIGHTLY.
A coworker took today and tomorrow off, and asked if I could take care of his duties while he's gone. Since I come in to work every day (since march I have had zero days off, except weekends and nationally recognized holidays, yes, I even came in the day after thanksgiving) I suppose it's a given that I do other peoples work for them when they're gone. I have yet to not do something someone asked of me.
So, said coworker calls in today, and asks if I'm doing the tasks he asked me to do.     No! You fricken moron! I'm sitting here taking a nap! Of course I'm doing your stupid work for you!
No, I got her a present. But we were supposedly taking a break - not calling - for about a week prior, and she decided that even though we weren't talking to each other I should have called her. WTF.
You know, I truly believe the old saying that it's better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. It's like having a kid. Once you truly experience it, you've never look at life the same again.
I don't know about the love sucks anyhow idea. Nor do I really believe in the love and lost theory. But I do believe in hope, and I do believe in me, so things will look up for me again.
Her concert sounds great! And she'll be the star of the show.

but in, my opinion - in all honesty - love sucks anyhow.
that being said... leads me to my next "irritation:
I met a female...
she scares me...
we have too much in common
have gone out on numerous dates, now...
I dont know what to do.
I wouldnt speak of this, but i've had too much to drink for the second time in a week, and that hasnt happened for a long, time.
we have another "date" set for tomorrow.
ugh...
