I do have a car rented! I do! I do! however I'm scared to drive if it's snowing/icy.
So as long as it's only cold and not icy - I'm fine. But I may take you up on that offer as well, as my night driving, if I don't know the location - isn't the hottest!
never underestimate when a medallion will be found! Alot of people (including cooler crew) procrastinate and take their time off of work on the weekend after the hunt has begun -taking for granted that ANYONE at any given momment find it! Chop Chop! I never want to feel as if I didn't get a chance to hunt in a park for the medallion. You snooze you lose!
I always like to stick a shovel or rake in the snow or leaves in Mounds during the first or second clue just so I felt like I was able to before it was found. I've been burned 2 different times and it bummed me out big time.
Thermometer read zero this morning, so maybe all that warm-weather gear will be in order...if we get to Phalen, we'll have to give you the honors of licking the flagpole for good luck (Cooler Crew tradition) :smile:

Jan 27th at 7 - some of my friends from there (who don't hunt, but I may try to convert) are taking me out for drinks, but I wanted to be downtown so I can go over to the Paper later...
After reading all your logistics convo - I decided I liked the idea of your Predig Gig place - McGovern's and since there isn't a game that night - it shouldn't be to bad (parking) etc.
So this is an open invite to anyone who wants to come have a drink (or 3, or :ooh: with us at 7pm on January 27th.

I had one hell of a cucumber shot the other night. I don't drink anything sweet, and this certainly wasn't it tasted like fresh cucumbers with a hint of spice.
So long as it doesn't end like this one did. my ass crack was frozen from the snow shoved down my pants.
