I say it every year Nick. We need to make all of our picks up front and just edit them one week at a time in case we space out a week. There were 4 who did it this year but I forgot as well.

Gotta admit.... It would have been nice if the Wolves would have atleast tried to get him, instead of acting like they werent even interested.

Last week people. Although it does look like Sassy & Yos are going to win the overall.
quite possibly the best game ever played.
I can't even explain how amazing it was, but let's put it this way... I was screaming with joy at the end and I didn't even care who won.

Some of what I saw, last night....
It doesnt mention a couple of the other fights that took place.
I thought that there was more people there, than what it says.
I'm hoping that they make it to the big one, sooner or later while Tapeh is still on the team.... it'd be cool to say that I went to school with somebody who won a super-bowl.
I can't imagine taking my spouse for anything, let alone 1/2 OR more than 1/2 of everything. She is getting 1/2 PLUS 20% PLUS child support! wow! I can see 1/2 plus child support IF she didn't work outside of taking care of the kids.
I think I have a mans point of view -- when it's over just get me outa here! walk away with nothing. I guess I may view it differently with that kind of money at stake.

Minneapolis, MN (Sports Network) - The University of Minnesota is set to name Tim Brewster its new head football coach.
Gophers athletic director Joel Maturi offered Brewster the position late Monday night and he accepted Tuesday morning. The school will introduce him at a news conference on Wednesday afternoon.
Brewster was most recently the Denver Broncos tight ends coach but has a strong college background.
The 46-year old Brewster was an assistant to Mack Brown at North Carolina and Texas, and was credited for recruiting a number of the players on the Longhorns' 2005 national championship team.
Brewster also has experience in the Big Ten as a player. He was a two-time All-Big Ten selection at Illinois and captained the 1983 Illini team that played in the 1984 Rose Bowl.
Brewster takes over the Minnesota program from Glen Mason, who was fired after a historic 44-41 overtime loss to Texas Tech in the Insight Bowl. The Gophers led 38-7 in the third quarter, but somehow managed to blow the 31-point advantage, suffering the biggest collapse in Division I-A bowl history.
Mason led the Golden Gophers to a 64-57 record in 10 seasons, but was 3-4 in bowls.
Inheriting a perennial Big Ten bottom-feeder, Mason suffered through 3-9 and 5-6 finishes in 1997 and 1998 before turning the program around in 1999, as Minnesota went 8-4.
Mason's best season came in 2003, when the Golden Gophers finished 10-3, and won a Sun Bowl matchup with Oregon.

WWE.com has learned that former WWE Superstar Scott "Bam Bam" Bigelow has passed away in Florida.
Kevin Doll, the Public Information Director for the Pasco County Sheriff's Office confirmed that Bigelow was found dead early this morning in his home in Hudson, Fla.
"We can confirm that Scott Bigelow was found in his home this morning. At this time the cause of death is unknown," Doll told WWE.com.
Doll also confirmed that the Pasco-Pinellas Counties medical examiner has taken the body and an autopsy will be performed.
Bigelow, 45, worked for WWE, ECW and WCW extensively throughout his 20-year sports-entertainment career. A former ECW Champion, ECW Television Champion and WCW Tag Team Champion, he is perhaps best known for his rivalry with Lawrence Taylor that culminated in the main event of WrestleMania XI in 1995.

Kocosports.com broke the story of the passing of former WWE Superstar Scott "Bam Bam" Bigelow earlier today. They have a few more details on his passing that WWE.com didn't report. Sources close to Bigelow told Kocosports.com the he had been missing for several days. And as noted before, he was found dead this morning in his home in Florida by his girlfriend around 10 A.M when she woke up. Furthermore, police are currently treating this as a crime scene.
Many of Bam Bam Bigelow's friends and colleagues contacted WWE.com to share their feelings on "The Beast from the East." They have comments from RVD, Tazz, Paul Heyman, Jerry Saggs, Tommy Dreamer, Ted DiBiase, Mean Gene Okerlund, Howard Finkel, Jimmy Hart, Jake Roberts, Joey Styles and Gregory Helms. Also, it looks like WWE will be adding comments from more wrestlers throughout the day as they get them.
Preliminary autopsy results did not show signs of foul play in the death of Scott Bam Bam Bigelow, but a cause of death will not be known until toxicology tests are completed in a few weeks, Pasco County sheriff's spokesman Doug Tobin said
I love that match that him and Tazz had for the TV title, back the old ECW... like 96 or so...
they broke a hole in the ring boards at one point, and fell through to the ground... both of them got knocked out...
then Bam Bam climbs out after like 2 minutes, and wins... crowd goes nuts...
If anybody has a chance to see that someplace, its worth viewing...
