Did you crochet the little hammock? Where did you find cute little things like the radio, surf board and radio? Did you make the sand castle? Now I see a tiny inner tube! Did you paint on the bathing suits or are they fabric? I know what the umbrellas are.
Don't answer if you don't want to give away any secrets.
Thanks for noticing the details. I will be happy to share... I found most of the stuff around my lab at work.
I started by shaping aluminm foil it waves/water and spray painter it. I used foil for the sand to then sprayed adhesive and applied the sand.
I macremed the hammock with string and square knots and little sticks. I made the radio from a piece of ceiling tile that I spray painted and printed the radio face from clip art. The Peesi cans are eraser refills colored with markers,if you zoom in you can even see the pop-top tabs
The swim wear is fabric. The nano iPod is the same foam used for the floaty ring. I used thin cardboard for the visor and surf board and just colored it with markers.
I used a cork for the picnic basket and aluminum foil for the pails. Notice the one sand sculpture is really a Peeps chick, the other sand castle I cut from cardboard and sprayed adhesive and applied sand. It was so much fun..... :pbpt:
Very clever! That's a real talent. A couple of my daughters are like that. They can imagine something or see something and create cool stuff like that out of sack cloth, so to speak.
It was an awesome BD - up at Mille Lacs lake and the Aiken Ice house parade
Had a limo bus and a bunch of good friends....we partied like college kids
I've talked about or thought of you practically everyday this weekend. Missed you Saturday at the Ranch :frown: -glad you had an awesome time
May your day be filled with lots of hugs and kisses....here is some for you from the diggin's

I was wondering what your avatar was.
Alien Peep-le
Don't pout, CM. I'll use your fireworks shot again when summer is over.
I'm using it as my wallpaper too! Makes for a nice 'seasonal' pic.
That's OK OT. Just think of me every time you look at your avatar. :frown:
But I really, really like that panorama. It feels like you can walk right into the picture.
Never mind. That didn't work.
You're welcome, CM. And thanks too.
