I already bought tickets to the 7:55pm show at Carmike in oakdale. If you wanna make that it would be cool. We did the Fandango thing thinking we could print our own tickets. But we still have to wait in line to trade the verification thing in for tickets, so I don't see how it saved any time for us.
But thanks anyways, if I knew earlier we could have done that.
The only time the Fandango thing works is for sold out shows. Which this one will probably be tonight. I might have to buy my tickets at 8:10 for the 11:00. :eyeroll:
I would have went to a midnight showing last night if I didn't host a girls sleep-over.

YOUR LIPS MOVE BUT I CANT HEAR WHAT YOU SAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
Although there were tons of awesome taglines included with this funfest of a flick. I felt that they made it just for me and my generation. I really don't feel that the kids in the theater really got it unless they experienced the double feature B-Movie experience first hand back in the day. I know 3M got it. I loved it. I'll probably see it again. The first movie was action packed and bloody while Quintin's donation had good dialog and character building up front but blew you away with the 2nd half. And Mikey is totally right in saying that Kurt Russell kicks big time ass. His character kinda reminded me of Marv from Sin City. But then things change and throw you for a loop. Very entertaining. If you not only like movies, but appreciate them, you'll love this thrill ride. Leonard Malton, from Entertainment Tonight even had it as his pick of the week.
How bout that tounge scene! I cracked up laughing as my wife squirmed! That was great!
p.s.- I didn't say Kurt kicked ass, I said the 2nd half with Kurt kicked ass. You know the difference because you saw it.
There were only about 30 in the theater when we saw it. Some people left in the middle and thought it was over and missed the whole 2nd half. And some others left in the middle of the 2nd 1/2. Guess they didn't like it. I actually thought it was a little slow on the 2nd part, but the ending was worth waiting for.
the 2nd half with Kurt kicked ass. You know the difference because you saw it.
True. HaHa! Big difference. The very last scene was the best! The whole theater claps and cheers out loud.
Nice avatar by the way
Thanks
We had a packed theater, but you're right in that many people left 1/2 way through. Didn't they read the reviews or see the trailers? Why were they there? To see the girl with the gun leg? You could have seen all of that on the trailers. That's what kept me from liking the 1st one more than I would have normally. They showed many of the big scenes on TV already. Although I can honestly say that I don't remember seeing the tongue scene on TV though.
As of 1 AM this (Saturday) morning, we have officially gotten 41" of snow.
I am going to conservatively estimate that since 1AM, we have gotten at least another 13" and predictions are for perhaps another foot of snow by tomorrow morning.
Its light, its powdery, the snow tourism people are loving this. And its not too bad to shovel, either. The plow has been here twice. I expect he will do one more clean-up tomorrow morning after this stops. I mean IF it stops. I don't want to jinx anything!
Our place is about 12 miles west of Gordon in Barnes. Good to know about the snow. We're planning on taking a day trip one of these weekends, but I think later might be better than sooner if there's still that much snow.
I got all his stuff hid about 5 minutes before he got up, that was close! can't hide the night before because of the dogs, won't make that mistake again.....
so who has honers for the next hunt I need more chater to read well going down the road!! I know not safe but hay when have I ever said I was a good driver lol!!!!! I want to get a hunt going need to get my hands on it!!!!! I got 2 parks picked out to hit hard right NOW!!!!! I need my 2 clue wrighers! so I can do them! I think I can start the pot out with a few bucks to thats the good thing!
I put some trivia questions in the tmx elmo folders go find them you ever get the feeling your talking to your self in here!!!!! hum must just be me I'm a gost of myself!!!!!!!!!
I'm working on a hunt too, in fact I just found the thing that I want to hide on cafepress today. It should be here within a week. I keep procrastinating, I figure if I/we/someone sets a date to start, I'll be able to finish the clues. I already have my hiding spot picked out. It's loosely Easter based, so it would probably make sense to start it soon.
helllloooooo is there a ECHOOOOO IN HERE OR IS IT JUST ME!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the update OTiS.

All I can say is (and you'll get it when you see it):
Part 1 - flesh eating zombies - A no brainer
Part 2 - Kinda slow in the begining, almost crashed, and then the end with Kurt Russell kicks ass!
YOUR LIPS MOVE BUT I CANT HEAR WHAT YOU SAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
Goodbye cruel world
I'm leaving you today
Goodbye
Goodbye
Goodbye
Goodbye all you people
There's nothing you can say
To make me change
My mind
Goodbye.

Its STILL snowing here.
This storm started very late Tuesday evening.
