It's going to be hard to get everybody hooked up at the same time like the PDG but we need to do it where we can have the most people at any one time/place. Try and hook up with another CCM to pay and pick for you. Maybe stay in cell phone contact when it actually comes time to pick your park. What time are people thinking would be a good time to pick? 11:00? 10:00? earlier?

I'd like to get it started too but want to be sure we have enough people interested. Plus I gotta be up way early tomorrow anyway so I can't be out too late. I can do it if you think we'll have enough people in on it tonight.

sell numbers tonight and tomorrow up till about 8pm. Then pick parks tomorow night? I want one either way. If I can't go tonight can you just pick one (number and park) for me. Either a big park (IM prefered) or beaver. I'll pay up when I see ya.

Why would picking numbers two nights make it any different than picking just tomorrow night when more people will be around? Other than tonight's clue, everybody will still have the same chance on picking whichever park it'll be in and have the same chance. Anybody else for tonight? That's two. One more and I'll head down there.

Plus I don't like picking parks for anybody who's not there.

I was just thinking that because some people cant make it tonight (me). I prefer tomorrow. Either way, I'm in, if someone will pick for me if I'm not there. Just have anybody that wants to, pick for me.

I'll head down there now. If anyone can't make it, just call someone down there to cover you and make your pick for you. We can pick parks at 11:00.

The you wasn't directed at 3M. It was for everyone in general. Call and make your pick within the next hour.

HeH Actually, we decided to have the PPP tonight at Matty B's at 11:00 so everyone had a chance to participate. Even though we had a decent crew last night, thoughts were that we needed to announce the PPP a day earlier so people have more of a chance to stop on by and pick a number.

So, we are going to have the official PPP tonight (Thursday 1/25) at Matty B's in downtown St. Paul between 9-11pm. We hope to see you there. Especially those of you who missed out the first time around.

no offense but it's really too late to have it tonight, yesterday there were several good options and now there is really just 1 (that I know of)... I guess we can still do it but it's more of a lottery than anything

I agree with Tim on this one. The one way it could be interesting was if you made Como into zones, and you had to pick a zone in Como. But then it's really just a lottery for 5 people or so.

Good point and that's what I was afraid of last night. Although they could still be pulling a reverse clue hunt like the time we thought it was at Harriet and it was actually at CoNo. I don't think a grid would work if that was the case. But you're right, it pretty much does say CoNo. :frown:

I wouldn't be surprised that it's at Como. There's a lot of usage of it, so there are enough tracks out there to make it a bit harder. It's huge where it won't be found as quickly, most likely. They also know how we feel about Como, so they figure that we'll be okay with it being at Como because we're just happy for the fact that there's a second hunt.
