I'm replying to an earlier msg that I had opened in a tab, but then kept reading your posts, to find out she called it quits, and closed the tab. Then I figured it would be good advise for you anyhow.

When you start a relationship with someone, don't forget your friends... especially the close ones. Those are the people that got you through rough times before, and will continue to do so. I have a friend I've known for 20 years.. sure she can be a bit ditzy, and sometimes annoying, but who can't be right..? I love her to death and would do just about anything for her.

Friends are always going to be there for you, and most relationships wont. Sad, but true. I'm not saying completely ignore the girl you're with... but dont forget about your friends.

I know what your saying!! I Am just twizted in the head and I wont be looking agin for a long time I hate that I quite looking and they come to me!!! and I try not to get atiched to fast and then when I get feelings something happens!!!! I just give up!!!

That's the same way it works in disc golf too. Just as you've given up looking for a lost disc, you find it on the way out of the woods.

Whereas I seem to stumble on other people's lost discs all the time.

who has some time in the day tomorrow to do some disc golfing I WANT TO GO SO BAD!!!! I haven't in like 5 years and need to clear my head!!! I see them all over is there any in shoreview???

I havent been on here a lot, lately....

i'm out of a job, currently too...

I was doing good... really good... still in training and already had upsold on a couple of products in my first week on the phones...

I was told that I "dont make a good fit"....

basically she was being a bitch, and using the fact that I missed a week of training, due to my dads death, funeral, etc, without using as many words.

I made one mistake.... I (calmly, and politely) asked an irate customer to calm down..... after he had gone off on me for about 15 minutes, calling me every white-racial slur under the sun....

and I even ended the call, by selling the guy on 2 products that he didnt even have, prerviously.

Human Resources, basically wont do anything about it, because they didnt have a hand in it, to begin with..... "but I'm welcome to Re-apply, and will be treated just like any new hire, should my qualifications look good".....

we're doing the reading for my dads will, on July 17th...

Its gonna look REALLY good if I'm still unemployed come that time.....

so good, infact that my uncle (who gets to decide what happens to this house), could for all intents and purposes, if he wants to - sell this house out from under me - citing that I dont know how to do jack-shit, except be irresponsible.

Nick - HR will never tell you, and if you didn't get along with your supervisor, that's all that matters while you're in training. They can fire you for whatever reason they like - Minnesota's an "at-will" state as a result. Sorry dude.

Its not that I didnt get along with her...

she just didnt like the way I handled a couple of phone calls (nevermind the fact that I knew how to do everything, and did it fantastically).....

It did kind of strike a nerve with me, though when she said "maybe if you didnt miss part of that one week, things would be different"

nick I know its not your bag of tea or anything but you want a job and have a good drivening record you can go to first student trans. and they will train your to drive and pay you well then after 6 mon. you can walk in to alot of driving jobs if you stay for a year you can get in to almost ANY driving Job!!! check it out I know it sucks but I think there starting pay is 14.50 now!!!! and thats nothing to laugh at!!

Ya and thats not bad to just walk in off the streat and say you want a job!!!! they give good raises ever year when school starts!! when I quite driving school bus I was makeing 17.29 hr and it was prity good for a 20 year old kid !!!
