my uncle is the executor of everything....

theres a trust fund set up in my name, that I can get when I turn 35-40.... or if I need money for big, important stuff, I have to go to my uncle for it...

he could say yes, or he could say no... its all up to him, and if he decides that its a good decision, and will be used for good purposes.

If he determines that its in the best interest of my dad's wishes.... like if I cant take care of the place, or am too irresponsible....

then he can sell the house, if he wants

ofcourse any and all money from the sale would still go directly into the fund, with whatever money is already there....

but still..

I hate the fact that somebody someplace, gets to decide how the f**k I get to live, and what goes down, and when it goes down.

the car in the garage - my sister is probably going to get the Rambler.... not sure yet... we dont do the will reading til the 17th... but either way, we're probably going to sell the car, and split the profits...

Its only worth about 2500 as is, and would probably take 35-40 grand to completely restore...

I seriously dont want to get rid of it... but I honestly have no idea what to do... I dont have that kind of money, and neither does my sister...

and neither of us knows jack about restoring old cars.

On a side note... I go in for a drug test tomorrow... I'll probably start a new job either sometime this weekend, or as early as next week..

Its going to be crappy, over-night work, with not a lotta hours...

cant promise a pretty house or anything, because theres alotta crap I want to get done... but fun will atleast be had.

I was looking around, today and found a cheap little outside/portable fireplace/bonfire thing that I might want to get.....

we used to have one over here, that my dad would do bonfires in all the time, back when I was a little kid, and spent weekends here....

It'd be nice to do that again....

Getting in to work to find out my boss was emailing me all evening. Sadly the guy has my personal email address now too, so he can bug me on the weekends about crap.

That and a coworker calls my cell phone while I'm out on my morning walk. I really don't want anyone at work knowing I even have one, because then I'd get calls from work ALL the time about things I can't even fix on a phone call. As it was the call was about "Hey could you stop by our supplier and pick up an order for a customer?" 15 boxes! I have a small, new car that I don't want to ruin by hauling around deliveries in. If I did, I'd work for a courier. It's bad enough I have to pick up a will call once in a while for supplies for the office.

People that brake and slow down to a crawl to read those electronic highway info signs (you know, the ones they use for amber alerts and to tell you about accidents and such).

It's 3 short lines of text at the most. They're designed so you can read them even when driving at normal speed. They're supposed to warn you of accidents, not cause them!!!!

Coming in to work to a 95 degree floor because the air-conditioner went out over the weekend and it added heat instead. My office was semi-OK as long as I kept the door shut. I sarcastically offered up a bowl of ice for the engineers who in turn tossed every cube towards my head at full speed. :eek: :smile:

10 minutes later my office was over 100 degrees.

Moral of the story - never F with an engineer :coolfrown: :wink:
