I'll be at a point where I can't wait to send whitney to the lake or a friends house but when the time comes for her to actually go is usually when I want her to stay with me the most. I definately have times where I would drive her up north just to have the time with no kids...however, as I drive up, I feel the seperation anxiety set in ... how I will only have an hour with her before we're there and then its how I only have 20 minutes with her left (by this point I'm holding her tiny little hand the rest of the way as I drive). . ... but after I get back home it feels good to not have to worry about her while I get things done here ...I know she is in good hands. Know Ali is safe and in good hands and loves and misses you too- but will also have a great experience that kids need to have. look forward to the huge hug and smile on her face the moment she sees you
Evidently when you have a default judgement for not showing up you can appeal with a whole new trail
Thats what the guy that hit me is doing. I got paperwork from his lawyer asking for all documents and proof etc to be mailed to him and the court
trial de novo
What a bunch of bull!!!
Thanks me2. I talk to her 5 times a day so it's been OK for both of us so far. Plus, we've both been busy with stuff. I do look forward to a big hug though.
Going to a birthday party tonight, where you have to wear lingerie, and then we are wrestling in chocolate pudding.
I went out last night, and got an 'outfit' if you can call it that - 4" leopard heels, Leopard pushup bra, a satin nightie that skims it all - and (i love this) "angelina" bottoms (they are like micro boyshorts that lace up the sides ala something she wore as laura croft type getup)
I looked at the girl at freddie's (who was pimping this stuff to me) and said - so if I put them on, will it make my tush look like hers? cause if it does - I'll take 2 in every color.
I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with the way my legs look in it - and that is what's showing 90% of.. so I can't complain..
everything is high priority with him, and I'm so sick of it. Oh no, the price codes don't look right on the order entry window, nevermind the fact the customer doesn't see that AND gets the correct price, it looks wrong when entering it, and therefore is a huge problem.
The fix included this nasty edit of every customer record, manually, because he's too cheap to pay for the correct way to access the database and/or the company we bought the software from won't give us access because it would allow us to screw stuff up.
Then today, for some unknown reason we suddenly can't import product updates. So much for worrying about customers and getting correct pricing, NOW we need to get these 700 items updated in the system, and it should have been in there yesterday. Nevermind the fact the customers don't even know about these new items yet anyways, they obviously have been waiting for months to order the new papermate pen they heard about... So now I have two high priority things, one of which I have no idea what's wrong, and tech support will call me sometime next week about it, because they don't share my boss' sense of urgency.
Somehow I just know I'm going to pay dearly for getting the 4th off... if I haven't already.
having an email in my inbox from someone who I'd rather not have contact with, as just the mere thought of her, excites my gag reflex.
I'm not sure if she has sent her email to a whole group - or if it's just to me - either way, what ever said contents entail, will prolly irritate me, as she has a rather grating effect.
I'd like to set up my computer to email her back and say - the contents of your email do not meet my level of "i give a shit' - so they have been re-routed to my trash file.
my friend that bought tickets to roger waters!!! for me and him And then he lost his job so with out telling me HE SOLD THE TICKETS!!!! that he bought during the presale!!!!!!

Another way of ridding oneself of older cars is to donate them. Many organizations take cars in donation and then you get a good tax deduction. It saves the hassle of selling a car that you're getting a few hundred dollars for anyway and the tax deduction is nice too.
It's basically like just waiting for your payment.
Depending on where you donate can change the amount you can take for a deduction, but there are places that give them to families, some vets orgs take them, schools, non profits that deal with diseases like cancer and diabetes, and many, many others.
Clue Master is right. Attitude makes all the difference. I'll share with you a little bit by Charles Swindoll that I try to keep in mind. When I do, I find life is somehow easier.
“Attitude”
"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company ... a church ... a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past ... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude ... I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you ... we are in charge of our Attitude." - Charles Swindoll
Studies show it takes 21 days to break a habit (good or bad)... I am trying this "complaint free world" bracelet. Object: wear on the same arm for 21 days straight - but if you complain, criticize, argue, gossip, point out faults etc.. you have to change arms... So far I've been able to go 3 days tops.... this is going to take a while.
buying cosmo tonight @ the grocery store & either not picking it up from the boy at the check out - or losing it somewhere between the store and my house.
People that want food.. more specifically, only when I'm trying to do stuff, like dough, so we can make pizza tonight..
Maybe I should change my previous post to people, and work.
Flour now too, since I just dumped 5 lbs of it down the front of myself.. just to go to the Taste, right after work.. maybe I can sweet talk my way into taking 2 minutes to change.
I should add lunch meetings to my list too. That and opinions that can't be changed. Also shouting into the wind. Umm.. Pricing updates, yeah, those suck too.
Also bad drivers. I had a guy this morning stopped at an intersection ahead of me, so he tries to reverse, into me, until I layed on my horn to let him I know I was there. Then he's sitting there with his reverse lights on waiting at the light. I figured the light would change, he'd hit the gas and ram his stupid SUV right into my car. So, the light turns, he starts reversing, I lay on my horn again, then the guy throws it into drive and proceeds to give me the finger. What a jerk, I should've let him hit me so I could take him to court. There were other people around, I could've got witnesses.
Yup, I had a guy do that to me at a drive thru in my old car. His trailer hitch punched through the front bumper of my car. The guy tried to play it off as no big deal. Of course it was no big deal to him, his truck was fine, my car got all the damage.
So yeah, I'm especially wary of people that try reversing right in front of me.
I was waiting for this guy to pull up at the drive thru, and he did, only to forget his soda, so instead of getting out and walking on the side of my car, he puts in in reverse, and hits me...
Now, I cant back up, mind you, so what am I supposed to do? I honked, I yelled, all to no avail.
I think they should widen the streets and take reverse out of transmissions.. jmho, of course...
Or, here's an idea... make people who have been in X amount of accidents in a year, retake driver's ed, retake their license test, with a special test involving whatever got them into their accidents.
If I were in some position of power, alot of people would hate me.
I miss my bubs :frown:
 :ooh:
Ten days probably seems like a long time until she's home again!
unless i buckle down and drive up north to pick her up.....
I've done that!

Kitch - that sounds a bit ominous. What's up?
oh well, I keep telling myself - I'll look great in the end.
Sucks 3M  What a jerkoff :eyeroll:
What's up Kitchypoo? :sheepish:
