No, not at all. The funny thing is, I'm usually very understanding about what a tech support help desk person usually has to deal with in a day, so I try to be the nicest, politest person I can, in hopes that they'll want to try a little harder to resolve my problem.
The problem with that is, I rarely ever call in with a simple problem.
I'll say that as well. Nothing to really bitch about around here. Although my building boss did say that my honeymoon was over once my contract boss is let go. So I'll ride this wave as long as I can.

theres a few things I'm researching for others right now that I'm getting deep into and some things of my own that I'm digging into... my work makes me happy and I was feeling good. I like helping people :smile: - a big part of it is feeling appreciated by the people I help too.
one scary research topic has to do with a person having me search their house history because their 2 yr old daughter keeps pointing at the ceiling and saying 'scary' and 'mean' - and some other weird happenings in the house - yikes!
Hey m2 heard any rumors about Ramsey selling land out from under us for the fair? I heard they were talks which puts the fair in a bad situation as we can't afford to lose anymore land -

There was a lot of booms around here last night. More than I've ever heard on a 4th. Of course I'm usually out of town, but it seemed like a lot. Sounded like artillary shells going off in my backyard.
There were tons on the East Side too.. all the streets were filled with smoke... I love this holiday!!! Drink and blow stuff up..? How could it get any better..?
yeah I guess wisconsin got some new fireworks this year. They're basically like a flashbang grenade that they launch in the air. It makes a big flash, and has a huge concussion sound shortly after.
The idiots were lighting them off at 2 in the morning on the 3rd by my place.
I was thinking I'd try and donate some $$ to the guy across the street from me for next year. They had a great display going. Since I didn't get a chance to go anywhere, I just sat out on my front lawn and watched theirs. I believe it's the same family that had a display last year.
Best thing was, a Ramsey County Sheriff patrol drove right past him as he was lighting em off, and the patrol didn't even stop.
stopped by the shop where im doing my carwash n the manager was busy but wanted me to stay to talk. so he had my tires rotated n my oil changed to make it worth my while.
its 99 here. so sitting in his AC office playing with a lab puppy was benefit enough... but who is going to turn down free service? he was actually really cute. ill be nice n refer him to my single friends.
OMG! OMG! OMG! getting an invite to "the white party" on 7/7/07 at 7:07.
This is this super elite party that is given by this one guy every year.
The invites come out the day before - mine was just delivered by messenger to my house - it's ultra plush, hush hush, you must wear white. It's catered by a different fancy chef that is flown in every year, a DJ is brought in from vegas & usually the following week, you appear in (our version) of what is 'the page six' - which means you are not on the list for next year.
My Dilema (well 2) 1) I don't own anything nice that is white. 2) I have a soccer game at 8:35.. do i go late? skip soccer? if I skip what do I say?
I'm super excited tho. Have to debate this one. This is my first time getting on this guest list. wow. want to do back flips.
