I was looking at some of katie's "what are we doing in class" reports...One thing caught my eye...she is looking up on the internet and researching one animal that if from the rainforest. She wanted to get on the internet and look at some stuff. I than recalled that the discovery channel on demand has a show "plant earth -jungle".
so I put it on and watched it with her.....
as I got up and went and get a pop....when I got back...She was all giddy wanting me to see what I missed....she than said I missed how the canopy is so important and I need to see it.
what's cool...and they didn't show much of it..they said only about 2 words...
but..

It's not perfect, but it'll work in a pinch, like at a coffee shop.
You can't find the cartridge at wally world or gamestop (most of the gaming stores will give you a blank stare if you ask about it).
Look up "DS Browser" in ebay and you'll get a good list of them. Make sure to buy a new in package one so you get the memory card with it (it plugs in the gameboy advanced slot). That or else you'll run out of memory really fast while surfing.
I'll try and post a picture later of how it looks on mine.
my friend Jessica Rabbit will be visiting with me on Friday, she is flying to SF for the holidays with her family, and I get to kidnap her for several hours of girl time that day.
I love girl time with JR, and Christmas will be coming with us too. The 3 of us, let loose in the city, even in the day time, is
Watching Rudolph the red nosed reindeer and Frosty the snowman with my grandkids on thanksgiving morning. Were printing off coloring pages now.

Throwing the score card in the water hazard when someone took it too seriously on hole 6.
Tumbling INTO a water hazard with 3 other players on hole 9 <-where was the camera - it was priceless, thank gawd it was 67 degrees.
NOT eating too much at dinner. (infact everything I ate could have been on a salad plate, with nothing touching)
NOT snacking before
NOT eating dessert
(*I have thanksgiving AGAIN tomorrow night, and Saturday night - and a big brunch tomorrow... so I went easy)
board games with friends after, and laughing like crazed nuts for about 4 hours at our antics of playing cranium.
being home by 8:30 & actually considering cooking up some dinner, but being too lazy to, so snuggling up here with my computer and saving myself the calories. :sheepish:
and its basically turned into freezing rain over here...
I guess people like to masticate fastidiously, moreso during bad weather....

It'd be nice to have a simplified webpage with the clue on it, and nothing else. I could easily make one on my site.
