I actually talked about it with a Maplewood police officer when I was at my parents (my dad knows a lot of the officers in maplewood and invites them to his house). We got to talking about how I hunt a lot of the small town medallions, and the only town in my area that didn't have one was Maplewood...
I will buy a button for it!! and then we could go for it!!!
heh
Just to see if they hid it yet!!
Just FYI, the north st. paul hunt starts Feb 9th (so we get a little break between hunts).

Her first name might be Summer or Scarlet;
But Liz was Laura when just a starlet.
You should get an award for the shadow of your smile;
Think about that as you search for awhile
Clue 3 - Monday, January 28
It seems weÂ’ll have to just let it be.
Not a single number one since 1970.
ItÂ’s understood that it might make you sad,
But these Coleoptera bugs really arenÂ’t bad.
Clue 2 - Sunday, January 27
Eager searchers wonÂ’t come unraveled;
Over and above the road less traveled.
They hear about the hunt by word of mouth.
Some start in Beardsley and then head south.
Clue 1 - Saturday, January 26
Is it time to meet the neighbors?
Something to consider when you start your labors.
Should we encourage Chas or Vicki?
According to the rules that could get sticky
maybe I'll take a drive... :frown:

mwinner1.jpgHere are all the clues for the NB Winter Fest Medallion Hunt
#1
Please be kind, search lightly to find,
The treasure of this Winter Fest game.
Public land is where I hide, keep in mind,
On your quest for this fortune and fame.
Right: Kevin Orf and Debbie Follmer receive their checks from chamber director Kathy Lindo.
#2
Folks all about, get up and get out,
For the bounty so sought on this quest,
Ponder upon what a wee child needs,
YouÂ’ll be one step ahead of the rest.
#3
Winter Fest is here, so stand up and cheer,
As the ball may fall in your court.
Be sure to put on a warm thinking cap,
‘Cuz out there is gold of some sort.
#4
A picnic in spring may be just the thing,
For families to spend time and share.
Another tip here, for the treasure you seek,
H2O lifted up in the air.
#5
Not all bands play a tune you can bear,
Some make you dance, some take you near.
Grounds made to play,
A race to 21,
A court scored with love,
This place has lots of fun!
#6
To the North! For some wood!
Or some gold if you wish,
Near the picnicking spot,
Where the folks pass a dish.
Some shoes that are thrown,
Near a stake lay in wait,
The steps to the west you should take,
Will be eight.
bah...NORTH BRANCH IS OVER 2...
Not like I was going to hunt for it anyway, but booooo all the same.
I would much rather see more hunts than less.
Digger just called me a bit ago and asked.
