I'm fine. The holidays were tough, especially with my fiancee's family, and having to integrate things, so I'm not really going stir crazy. As for rest, I try to get between 6-8 hours of sleep a night, so I think I'm okay on that front. Plus, I'm not really working all that hard, so that's sort of rest. You're sweet for asking, though. You're a good friend.
