Looking at the thermometer on my deck right now -21, just dropped off the daughter for a school bus ride to Wayzata HS for a dance competition, that bus is probably pretty chilly about now!!
My eyes were kind of blury when I turned on my computer this morning. The little temp thing at the bottom of my screen was flashing with what I thought was -40! The minus sign made the one look like a four. Wind chill is -23. Yikes!
WOW, I didn't think it was gonna get this cold tonight, but my thermometer is saying it is 13-below, and looks to be still dropping. Weather guys say mid 20's this weekend... Heat wave
I think I saw the greatest temperature variation today from my garage to outside. +17 to -14; a 31 degree difference! And my garage isn't insulated. Usually there's only a 5-10 degree difference. It's crispy out there folks. I need to fly up in my building and show you guys how 'cool' all the rising steam looks from not only the larger buildings but also the houses this time. Eerie looking.

I usually take Hwy. 29 through Wausau this time of year, but looks like there is a long stretch there that is not in good shape. Hwy. 8 looks good all the way across WI, so that's my chosen route for today, unless things change before I leave Eagan.
I am just finishing packing up and hope to leave town, Caribou in hand, by 10AM. Will get me home by 7PM tonight.

I know I wont make it for dog sleds this year!! I was going to try and make the big fishing tournament this year but no money and no time well digging out of the hole I got my self in to!! :sad:

And I got my meds. in line a again! so I will be goo for a few more weeks!!

Eavn With me being sick as a dog but thats not big for me right now! so i am in good shape I can afford to go get some meds for my cold but I have to wait for my other meds. to kick in first! to see how my body is going to take to the Dose they have me on!!
It is the Highest I have ever been on of one of my drugs and so they are worried about me! getting sick from it! or it having the wrong effect on me!
but at least now I am coming up off a low and getting my head in the right place!
and I love EAGS She Is really nice and kool to be around! I really hope I can get up to the UP this summer! it to me is better then going to FL. or CA.!! it is so Beautiful up there!!! it is so Green and bright! the People are just right there!!

I got one for my birthday in Iraq. I had to put it on for them. I am guessing I had a 42 inch chest or larger at the time. The guys had no concept of how to size a bra. Thank God.
They got me a sports bra in a size 34 B. They thought it was funny that there was no room to spare... Like I needed one. I tore it a little putting it on for the photo op.
Karma is a bitch. Almost immediately it started to storm outside. Major winds. No kidding.
I guess they're kinda fair weather friends afterall, lol.

Uneventful trip, except for falling on my butt while loading the car this morning. Just enough snow to put a dusting over a patch of ice.
I took Hwy. 8 most of the way - dry roads - sunny, blue skies.
Its getting more and more difficult to leave there.
I mean, I do like getting home to my own bed and all my stuff.
But I will be glad when my bed and my stuff are THERE.
