I liked it. Prolly not as much as Becksie but I did think it was good. I wouldn't create my own wardrobe malfunction like she did, but I would clap anyway.

But would you clap for petty as much as Hanna Montanna?

Well the talk on the street

Says you might go solo

A good friend of mine saw you leavin by the back door

I need to know(I need to know)

I need to know(I need to know)

If you think youre gonna leave

Then you better say so

I need to know(I need to know)

I need to know(I need to know)

Because I dont know how long

I can hold on

And if your makin me wait

If youre leadin me on

I need to know(I need to know)

I need to know(I need to know)

Who woulda thought

That youd fall for his line

All of a sudden its

Me on the outside

I need to know(I need to know)

I need to know(I need to know)

If you think youre gonna leave

Then you better say so

I need to know(I need to know)

I need to know(I need to know)

Because I dont know how long

I can hold on

And if your makin me wait

If youre leadin me on

I ne ed to know(I need to know)

I need to know(I need to know)

I need to know(I need to know)

I need to know(I need to know)

If you think youre gonna leave

Then you better say so

I need to know(I need to know)

I need to know( I need to know)

Because I dont know how long

I can hold on

And if your makin me wait

If youre leadin me on

I need to know(I need to know)

I need to know(I need to know)

Montana - Best of Both Worlds Lyrics

Hannah Montana Lyrics
Best of Both Worlds Lyrics

Hannah Montana Best of Both Worlds Lyrics

  • ** Complimentary Best of Both Worlds Ringtone *** Oh yeah

    Come on

You get the limo out front (ooh-ooh ooh)

Hot styles, every shoe, every color

Yeah, when you're famous it can be kinda fun

It's really you but no one ever discovers

Who could of thought that a girl like me

    Could double as a sta-a-a-a-ar

You get the best of both worlds

Chill it out, take it slow

Then you rock out the show

You get the best of both worlds

Mix it all together and you know that it's the best of both worlds

The best of both worlds, yeah!

You go to movie premiers (is that Orlando Bloom?)

Hear your songs on the radio, woah,

Livin' two lives is a little weird, yeah

But school's cool cause nobody knows

Yeah you get to be a small town girl

But big time when you play your guitar

You get the best of both worlds

Chill it out, take it slow

Then you rock out the show

[Best of Both Worlds lyrics on http://www.metrolyrics.com]

You get the best of both worlds

Mix it all together and you know that it's the best of both

You know the best of both worlds

    Pictures and autographs

You get your face in all the magazines

The best part is that you get to be who ever you wanna be

(Best! Best!) Yeah, the best of both!

(Best! Best!) You got the best of both!

(Best! Best!) Come on, the best of both!

Who would of thought that a girl like me

    Would double as a supersta-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-ar

    ow!

You get the best of both worlds

Chill it out, take it slow

Then you rock out the show

You get the best of both worlds

Mix it all together and you know that it's the best

You get the best of both worlds

Without the shades and the hair

    You can go anywhere

You get the best of both worlds

    Mix it all together

    Oh, yeah

It's so much better 'cause you know you've got the best of both worlds

So I'm in Sam's Club...in the meat aisle...today, and decide I want to look at the ribeyes. There is an older man looking at them, as well, and I glance up at him on my approach...and nearly had a heart attack!

He starts to move further down the aisle so I immediately reach for my cell phone to call Texsis...as I'm waiting for her to answer, he comes back. I sheepishly ask him with a big grin..."You're Jacques Lemaire, aren't you??" He smiled and said "yes", so I say (as I'm still grinning and all giddy inside) "I'm calling my sister in Texas right now to tell her that I'm standing right next to you in the meat aisle!" (He seemed amused, at least)

We actually talked for a minute or two and he is every bit as handsome in person as he is on TV (or too far away at the games)!!!!

This chance encounter MORE than made up for the 4 futile trips I made to various home-improvement stores to find a faucet part (that I never found)!!

    What a fun encounter!

For the faucet part - you might try a plain old hardware store. They often have those odd things that the big box stores don't carry.

Yes, I'm hoping that Tru Valu will have it! Should have probably just went there in the first place...silly me, thinking that because I bought the damn thing at Home Depot that they would have replacement parts.............sheesh!

    becksie

I was at 2 HDs, Menards, and Lowes...no luck

I might also call a couple plumbing places that carry parts that I found in the yellow pages

Then, after I find the damn thing, I have to try to take apart the faucet, repair it, and put it back together

Don't get me wrong...I like this kind of stuff..it is just kind of scary when you don't know what you're doing and it's your bathroom sink and all... :ooh:

at least I think that's what I need. My water pressure and flow in the sink is reduced to barely more than a trickle, and the Handyman Hotline (i.e., my Dad)...thinks I need to replace this part.

I just got off the phone with one of my sons and your dad is right. He said if the part isn't available you'll have to replace the whole faucet. He also said to call Goodin Company on Como. That's where they order parts from. If Goodin doesn't have it, it won't be available anywhere. (651)489-8831

Doing a search at kohler.com seems to confirm that it's not available. I did find this though.

Wish we had a plumber in the family and an electrician. Inks hates dealing with plumbing but has too many times in his way of thinking.

I always find with plumbing that a small job always ends up a big job. Its never an easy fix.

Of course I always seem to work on stuff thats older than me.

Spose it aint too bad with newer stuff.

so I get home from hunting today and, having put some Drano in the sink earlier today...turned on the water to flush the drain. I come back several minutes later and the sink is not quite full of water. I turn the water off and at that point I begin to hear drip...drip...drip...

I find that there is water dripping from the trap (although that would be the lowest point water could drip from)....I have no idea where the problem is but I know that Mikey's theory is proving to be true. :frown:

What I do know is if you try removing the U trap under the sink, you'd better be really careful since you've put Draino down there and it's really caustic. I also know that plumbers hate it when folks use Draino.
    Sun, 03/09/2008 - 6:11 PM Permalink

The draino have have eaten a hole through your trap.

    Tue, 03/11/2008 - 12:06 PM Permalink

Thats a very good idea! I never thought of that. Or do the reverse and blow the clog down the drain by switching the hose around like a leaf blower.

Water hates me...I have had water disasters at nearly every place I've lived in my adult life (not to mention that I nearly drowned twice as a child). Aside from the aforementioned sink problems, now a small portion of the snowmelt has decided to make it's way into my basement. It's not that bad, really, as it heads straight to the drain...all the same, I spent a hefty sum on landscaping and my paver patio to eliminate that problem. The patio and grade slopes away from my house, and I even placed a 30ft corrugated pipe on the downspout that seems to always be the problem area...yet I still have some water! oh, and a nice pond on the side of my house where the pipe terminates
