Speaking of, I went to the doc today and received my first ever normal bp reading! Plus I lost 8 pounds. There's still plenty to work on but at least I got to hear something positive for a change. :cool:

Thanks J. I thought so. I did have some blood drawn to check my triglycerides again. They've always been real high as well and I apparently missed a prescription that was mailed to me to help lower them. I'll probably start them once I get my results back.
They also called in a prescription for some pills that act like an anti-anxiety pill but aren't quite that. Just to try out and see if it helps me think clearer or not. I've been a mess for the last 2 months but am kinda feeling better I guess. I'm not depressed anyway.

this fountain at the edge of Loring Park in Minneapolis was very unique to me. I found that it's called the Berger Fountain, a gift from businessman Ben Berger. It represents a seeding dandelion, and it is a smaller version of a fountain Berger had seen in Sydney, Australia.
