All this work is in good fun. I've been using it as an excuse to NOT do regular exercising. I've got volleyball tonight, but I'm so stiff I can barely move.
"My wife saw a woman find the medallion at about 9:45 this morning. It was found in the creek next to the big tree where it was supposed to be. It had a sticker on the back with a pair of lips (lipstick?)"
Some of us are "hidden" on the list because we are logged in all the time, and we don't want people to think we are actually reading 24/7 and don't have a life, LOL!
Those large "weedy" areas around the creek that have been loosely described in the last clue - they've been hacked at and raked and tramped down. A LOT of it has not been SHOVELED yet - there's easily six inches of hard pack before you hit earth (or frozen swamp). If the medallion was placed UNDER the snow - there's still a lot of digging left.
This is funny. Someone must have gone to the PP site and read the clue missing the first line and is going off on me now.

"I thought Oldtimer was credible as well, Oldtimer posted a bunk clue last night and basicly had me waste a whole night until 230 AM. I spent 99% of My time trying to find big trees that were not dug up yet(which 99% 0f them were) instead of throwing my shovel in the ground near weedy areas that could have been anywhere (not just ones by big trees). She or her partner at the PP did felt the need to add the dig near a big tree and collect a fee line before the actual clue lines. I trusted her and don't understand why she would be dishonerable now after she has showed a good track record before. Probably hit bad by the economy this year and was using her credibility to her advantage to finnally take adevatage. I am outragged. I would have had my wife wait the extra half an hour to get it off twincities.com had I not trusted her, this is BS, She pretty much ruined my whole hunt because i knew of weedy areas not by big trees, bs"
hey now! stop that! i know some people who are responsible for that blue glow. and i'm sure tehre are plenty of other responsible parties whom i do not know.
Okay, I don't get the guy yelling at OT for the PP's mistake. Doorknob.
Anyway, Kitch, are you sure that John wants to participate in the call? Last night he said he wanted to text it so everyone had a full copy of the clue rather than trying to remember the whole thing.
I have Spanish class tonight, but I can be downtown about 9. If we can staff the line until then, I'll do the last shift. What would be really helpful for me is if someone would find a parking spot right in front of the PP or just around 4th or 5th. Then I don't have to walk so far by myself when I finally leave the PP late at night (unless Kat joins me again). Because, my guess is that I'll have to park in the Victory ramp or up Wabasha by then. I can switch off with that person's car when I arrive.
Also, Bear, please DM the code for the organizer or whatever the other number is called.
I guess I should have caught up on all the posts there. Still, I really thought it was "Greg Sax" because I don't recall ever questioning what his name was.
I know what tree your talking about. I'll check this afternoon,
I'm having a hard time getting exited about this hunt now. I feel its just a needle in a haystck and not sure if it will be found. Maybe 1st year to charity? Or some A-hole found it early and is laughing at all of us...
Even though I'm not real exited to get there, I'll still drag myself out.
Well, I actually still use the cooler and the church keys. They're not for sale. Don't think I'd get much for my empty beer can. But I'm keeping that too. I just bring back crazy stuff like that from trip. Cheap stuff. Like a beer can or shells.
there is really not that many...
also...if a person is "hiding" they figured out how...they been here more than a day or two.
plus rest of ableminds really don't care about us
terry"???
green???
Could be fake.

Oh oh, he's "outragged"! That sounds bad. :pbpt:
Listened from home last night for 45 minutes from about 11:30, What a riot.
Not gonna miss it tonight! On site after 5:00, Yarusso's for sup.
I think the huddle sounds like fun!
It would be in the Cooler Crew website archives.

Mostly because I didn't know you had a partner at the PP!
The ole "blame game."
Can you report this to the PP board moderator or anything.
I remember the 1st in line guys well. Good fellows.
