Penny, Steven, and I are all going to the parade and laser light show. Steven is going to the VVD. We'll head home. I'll try to be at 4th near matty b's
My new phone don't receive calls yet and all my minutes are on it so I can't use my old phone. :crying: I can call out on the new phone though, but my numbers arent changed over yet. I picked a bad day to get a new phone. :crying:
Jeri Lynn comes home stays up all night goes to bed at 6:30 with a clean house - gets up at 11:00 and finds Marti Gras beads Cut up all over her living room floor....To make a mask the wee one said to me when I looked around in disbelief this morning.
I have to clock in at 7:00 - I'd have to order it in advance, pick it up exactly at 6:30, and torture myself for 30 minutes smelling it in the car until I got to the office.
Mornin' crew hope everyone else is getting their free breakfast this morning. I didn't have time before I had to be home to wake up the kids to stop by and get mine and I'm not going to stay up and go after I get them off to school.

Adjust the hot sauce between 1/2-3/4 depending on how much kick you\'d like the dip to have. You can also boil and shred boneless skinless chicken breasts (2) instead of using canned chicken.

Stir the cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl with a fork or whisk until it\'s smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients until mixed well. Microwave on medium 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time. Keep warm in a small crock pot.

It'd be interesting to hear from anyone who did, I wondered if there would be lines or anything. Or, did the wait staff get nice tips, since people got most of their meal free?
So tonight we had a project to do at my Mom's. While there, UPS dropped off her new keyboard. I was ready to install it and she said no! The old one is working for now. Leave it.
Wanna bet I'll be over there tomorrow night installing that new one?
So I packed up the new one and put it away for now. Bet it won't be for long.
I'm always hesitant to toss our the original packaging right away - unless it's something you'd never return - like underwear. I bought a pricey all-in-one printer from Best Buy just before Christmas - would you keep that huge oversized box for the manufacturer's warranty? The Best Buy 30 day return thing is long past now.
We have no room - I mean, NO room whatsoever. My sister-in-law thought she could help my wife re-organize the kitchen (something I've done twice in the last three years), so she came over last Friday and they went through everything.
End result: Buncha stuff shuffled spots, barely a shoebox worth of crap got thrown out. I think, maybe, MAYBE, she'll believe me now when I tell her WE HAVE NO ROOM.
we checked the housing market. our house went down 60,000!!!! in one year! That hurts when your house is $200000. and only a dent when your house is $800000! :frown:
don't look at your 401 and IRA's - down 40% :frown:
stock market is around 8000
Thats what it was at 20 years ago in 1989!
so why am I 20 years older and havn't gotten anywhere? :frown:
Our townhome is a 'hot' prospect right now for a starter home, but that's all relatively speaking. If we sold it now, we'd probably have to sell for slightly less than we owe, or maybe just break even.
We have a chunk of money in savings, but not realistically enough for a decent down payment. I'd really like to clear about $10K in the black from selling this place, but that ain't gonna happen for a while. Same story everywhere - just spinning our wheels right now. Our mortgage is perfectly affordable as-is, so I'm not desperate to sell or anything yet. We just gotta throw more crap out.
Once we hit 50 degrees (The Garage Logic Official "Garage Door Opener") I'm gonna purge some crap out there that we don't use anymore. I dunno if a garage sale is in the future, but some Goodwill dropoffs DEFINITELY are.
everybody in america gets the deal, tomorrow...
I saw that during superbowl but the commercial was so fast I didnt understand it other than something was free. thanks for posting Nick
