The pathway is broken

And The signs are unclear

And I don't know the reason why You brought me here

But just because You love me the way that You do

I'm gonna walk through the valley

If You want me to

Cause I'm not who I was

When I took my first step

And I'm clinging to the promise You're not through with me yet

so if all of these trials bring me closer to you

Then I will walk through the fire

If You want me to

It may not be the way I would have chosen

When you lead me through a world that's not my home

But You never said it would be easy

You only said I'd never go alone

ya oh oh no

So When the whole world turns against me

And I'm all by myself

And I can't hear You answer my cries for help

I'll remember the suffering Your love put You through

And I go through the valley If You want me to

See, women think that guys want to get married so they can have sex whenever they want. Guys really want to get married so they can cut one whenever they want and the girl is legally obligated not to leave.

Me2, Abby and I were at The Wedding Shop on Grand today and they have racks of prom dresses on the main floor and a lot of them are 20-40% off. A green dot on the price tag means its 40% off and an orange tag means its 20% off. The average base price seemed to be around $350. They have a bunch and some really pretty ones. There's a beautiful blue dress in the window that has a green dot on the tag. The straps are rhinestones and it has a really full skirt.

I thought of you when I saw them.

thanks or thinking of us and still trying to help OT

what were you doing there?

we went there and she tried on ALOT.

I know the blue one in the window too - pppretty.

We ordered her dress a couple days ago from a shop online.

I spent more than 50 hours searching and helping her try on dresses.

Abby bought her wedding dress there and we were there for her second fitting. That's funny, we spent about an hour picking out a wedding dress.

I went to school with the Fritz's who own the store. One of my good friends worked there until recently. My other three daughters found their dresses there as well and got a really nice discount and free alterations because I was a friend. My friend retired so this time no discounts, but you have to stick with tradition.

There's a picture hanging on the wall upstairs of a woman sitting at a piano. I sold that picture to one of the Fritz women at a garage sale years ago.

We looked at Rush's in Minneapolis once and I didn't like it half as much. They brought you dresses they thought you'd like based on what you said you were looking for. Abby would have never found her dress that way because it was nothing like what she was looking for, but when she put it on it was "the dress".

Rush's has a cool location but closterphobic.

I can't handle the 'bring a dress or item to you' concept.

let me skim through the selection/see everything yah got. same as you.

Piano player and vocalist, Lazy Bill Lucas, was born May 29, 1918, in Wynne, Arkansas, and came to Chicago in 1941 via Cape Girardeau, Missouri, where he met Big Joe Williams. John Lee "Sonny Boy" Williamson toured with Lazy Bill in the 40s. Lazy Bill also played with Snooky Pryor, Howlin' Wolf, Little Walter and others before moving to Minneapolis in 1962. Lazy Bill's music career in Minneapolis spans two decades. He was the first host of the Lazy Bill Lucas Show on KFAI. He was an active musician right up to his death on December 11, 1982. Lazy Bill died from natural causes at his home in South Minneapolis.

Two rare lp's that where released only in France

What do Tom Burns, Pat Hayes, Larry Hayes, Dan Schwalbe, Jeff Todd Titan, Craig Salminen, Glen Hanson, Rik Sferra, Bill Gausman, David Allgeyer, Curtis Obeda, Joel Johnson, George Buford and others have in common? They all jammed and played with Lazy Bill. We are working to have some of these "boys" at our event to tell their stories, to preserve their legacy, to honor time and to enrich the blues community.

I have a lover friend

he snores softly while he sleeps

and it makes me smile

everything he does makes me smile

he has become my smile.

while he was softly snoring

I painted.

I painted

'she is his love'

for him

because i am.

I listened to carlos santana

while i worked the pallette knife

and i moved my hips to his words

the beat

the sound of

laughter and fun and love.

I sipped my drink

I nibbled nuts

and i was grateful for the

opportunity to paint

I was grateful for

all that is in my life.

sounds drift and i sway

and movement reminds me

that i am alive

and that in being alive

I am love

and so are all around me

love is both a tangible thing and

it is something you cant possibly

hold onto.

love just is.

it flows,

it weaves,

it touches,

it is.

it just is.

that is all

and that is all that any of us need.

love

make love a part

a piece

a particle of your everyday.

breath it

sing it

say it

be it

show it

give it

accept it

and you will sway to a rhythm

that is of the soul and

of joy

move to the beat, of your heart

offer yourself completely

and utterly

to love

devoid of the need for gain

just be available for love

however it steps into your day

I am love

you are love

I give you my love

it rides on my laughter

it is the colour of yellow and red as it leaves my lips

catch it as i walk past you

it is fleeting

hold it with both hands

and breath deep of its sweetness

drink it, deeply

press it to your heart

and then pass it on to all whom you meet

for as quickly and unexpectedly

that love arrives

so must it be given, passed onto to another

it is not ours to keep

only ours to give.

here

in my hands

it is all my love

take it, it is for you

I know that as soon as it is gone

more will arrive for me

so take my love

I have much love to give.

and for my muse, my naked poet

there is an endless supply for you

it will last for all of eternity,

a touch

a kiss

a word

and my love will flow to you, because

you give me more love than i could possibly

need

and in return i send you love that is

the colour of the stars

of desert skies at night

endless

eternal

and yours.

namaste to you all

and much love to you all.

I'd never heard the term "Namaste" until it came up in an episode of lost, now I've seen it all over the place.

I know there's a term for that too, but it escapes me.
