Have a fantastic time vino. My enjoy is this past Fathers Day weekend. I had a great couple of days with some very special people. I felt special all weekend long. Thank you for those who were a part of it.
Enjoy: eating dinner at a place in Chinatown in dc and discovering the restaurant was the place where the Lincoln assassination was planned. this place was Mary surratt's boarding house.
Also enjoy: the new big wong restaurant is right next door to the Mary surratt boarding house.
someone called the city on them. parks and rec came out to clean it:
7 men
1 dump truck
1 pick up truck with haul on the back holding yard tools and riding lawn mowers
1 big truck to hold appliances and large recycling
1 CAT
They took out a minimum of 5 mattresses, a washer, 2 kids motor bikes, tons of exterior building debre and piping (most pieces as long as 30 feet long), trash, bike wheels.
I had no idea there was that much crap down that hill.
out here in the burbs we have ponds to dump our stuff in.
like leaky water heaters and things. its a shame saturday morning wasn't dry. buddy of mine wanted to put it on a trailer for the trailer race at raceway park. he was gonna paint it red and call it an m-80000.
I follow cycling a bunch since my brother used to race. I am not really an Armstrong fan at all, but it would be cool to see him in the mix later on in the race (I don't really think he has what it takes, but then again I wouldn't be surprised). It will be interesting to see what happens.

The 3 yr old caught 10 sunfish! the 7 year old caught 4, and the eight year old caught 3. I was made fun of for using my cane drop pole in the beginning, but I caught 4 keepers, and a bunch of not keepers and the boyfriend caught several small little bitty guys (he was actually trying for bass..)
It was his daughters first time ever catching something fishing, and after she wanted to help scale and clean them and fry 'em up. sooo super cute.
When I battered them to fry them, I told them the tails tasted like potatoe chips.. they were all eatting them..
Has a date for The Pearl show On sat.!!! I am so stoked!! She is hot and I am not going to be drinking much because of that!! I really want to Impress HER!! She Is sofa King Kool!!
I joined face book about 10 days now, as I finally caved in, and it is pretty groovy man :smile: Fun to see and chat with lots of friends & faces from the past and present :cool:
Saturday already is good day to draw crowds on it's own merit and we don't need anything special.
Just like we need the Parade on Wednesday to kick off the fair and need a big name/popular band on Thursday to draw - hence why tonight is Lamont Cranston!!

1) I get to see my boyfriend tonight! He comes back from tahoe today!
2) Because I'm "the best girlfriend ever" and took care of stuff for him while he was gone.. he is (drumroll)
going roller skating with me tomorrow night with a bunch of my girlfriends all decked out in 70s attire, and he has to slow skate with me.
and the best part? it was his idea to come with (it was my idea for the slow skate, but hey - I finished his laundry, watered his garden and sent him with baked goods for the days he was gone.. I gotta get SOME satisfaction..)
