I'm going to Australia over new years for two weeks to visit a friend who I haven't seen in three years! I leave 12/27 and get back 1/14, in time for the hunt. Does anyone want me to bring them back anything?
Sorry about not having been around much but I've been busy with life. I wanted to pass along that Coco and I just finalized an amicable divorce. We had a nice marriage but as time passed we realized that we were better as friends instead of being married. We felt that while we were okay with our relationship we wanted something better and this allows us to find that. Nobody is to blame, time just helped us realize we were better off as friends. I wanted people to know for when they saw just me down hunting and not her.
I'm sorry to hear the news TMK but am also glad you both had the wisdom to realize a change was needed and acted upon that realization. I wish you both nothing but the best moving forward in your respective lives. You are both good people.
I actually didn't book my flight until Sunday, and I didn't want to say anything until I knew for sure. I'm flying alone, and staying with a friend who lives on the Central Coast between Sydney and Newcastle.
Thanks everyone. It wasn't the easiest decision but we feel it was for the best. I am looking to move back down to the cities too some point this spring/summer as long as I can find a job, and I'm anxious to get back to daily hunting! :smile:
I just made the coolest snowman!! I made Santa sitting in a lawn chair I'd left outside. He's got rosy cheeks and is wearing boots. I have to find a sack to fill with snow to put next to him. He looks plum tuckered out.
