that guy that got his kite crashed in to the lights on the one ep. that was my moms EX who took her for about 14k!! And If I see him in person I will be in PRISON!
My sister even managed to call from Washington (That was a first, normally I don't hear much from her on the holidays). Every gift I gave was very appreciated and enjoyed. I always seem to give more than I get, but this year it seemed almost like I got more than I gave.
A few of the highlights of what I got this year. First of all, my girlfriend bought me a Wii. Kind of funny, everyone else in my circle of family and friends has one, I hadn't yet bought one for myself. I swear I didn't seem to have gotten her as much, but she insists that she got more than I did. My parents got me the fifth season of Lost and The Office. And most surprisingly, my uncle got me a Microsoft Arc Mouse. I had been wanting one, but never asked for it, nor mentioned anything about it (as I already had a perfectly good mouse, I saw no reason to buy one). He simply got it for me because he thought it was a cool mouse.
I hope everyone else's Christmas is going well. The only odd thing tonight was when I got home, after getting my car stuck in the street trying to get into the driveway. I got out and started shoveling, and I could hear the neighbors having a very loud arguement. Loud enough I could make most of the conversation out over the noise of my shoveling.
lasagna that just would not cook hot BUT with really good garlic buttered texas toast
wonderful company
great minds thinking alike
suprises and smiles and love for a nice Christmas Eve
driving home and getting the car somewhat stuck in the snow on my block at 1 am but having my girls walk home to get a shovel with out asking and them both shoveling the street so I could drive the car the block and into the driveway.
and tastey pure white sticky snow
getting all the stockings filled and Santa presents wrapped by 3:30 am this year.
Enjoy.. having a Norman F'ng Rockwell Christmas - wonderful meal on the "good" dishes, sipping Tom &Jerrys, sledding, making a snowman, and playing board games for hours.
being able to read the iratates thread again, I finished watching Survivor! This was a good season. I'm content with the 2 top $$ winners. She deserved $ after killing and eating a rat! and I have to say that Russell is the ipitomy of Jake. Even til the very end where he offers the girl 10 grand to give him the "title" - classic Jake.
getting home safely...seeing a huge bald eagle this morning...making New Years plans with friends...having a plan for keeping my consulting business going through 2010...
Enjoy: Getting a company-wide e-mail stating we are blowing off tomorrow afternoon for some extra vacation time.
Irritates: The extra paragraph AFTER that sentence explaining exactly how the hours will be accrued / allocated / well pay bonused for ALL employees, including temps. It's time off! Do we really need a disclaimer?
I really enjoyed Santa's present to me this year! A box full of new hunting gear  Thermal Pants, really nice warm wool socks, a new head lamp, and a multi pack of hand warmers.
Wish I could volunteer to be interviewed, but the chances of my getting to hunt this year are slim. I may be in MN for part of that time - might even make the pre-dig gig and/or the rehash bash, but probably will be working the rest of the time.
sigh
better to do it twice with 5 inches each than do it once with 10!
who said that? heh.

Christmas Vigil service last night - I volunteer to do lighting/sound in the booth.
Something always chokes me up about seeing a few hundred people sing 'Silent Night' by candlelight...
very cool! very lucky!
almost a perfect game.
Billionaire Christmas light show
I sooo glad things are going well for you and there are lights in the tunnel.

Crossing my fingers & my toes, we may be out there the last few days. Don't count on it tho. I'll know more tomorrow after I see my attorney.
I went to get the letter and it had "2900" on it.
Pretty clever...my initials are MMCM
MMCM = 2900 in roman numerals.
