Pre-Dig Gig, Rehash Bash and other Cooler events

What about the nightly gatherings? Has anyone done any work on that? I assume people will end up at the American Burger Bar mostly, due to the convenience factor.

Probably Yarussos pre-clue because of the drink specials, and American Burger bar post clue like last year. Is Yarussos giving us appetizer specials during the hunt too like last year? What about Sunday though, isn't American Burger closed on Sunday?

FYI - Tables at Victory Dance are about sold out.. they are $200 each which includes 10 tickets

I've got a pair of tables with my name penciled in on them. Will be paying for them tonight.

5 tickets are still "unclaimed" at our tables.

My daughter may come and she is 19. Jase and Sues daughters may be there and they are 14 & 19. MoM and DaD have kids that usually come... Its a restaurant, I don't see an issue.

I'm a little late on this but....None of this traditional King of the Hill bs anymore....I think we should set up Black Ops at Yarussos, make RB and Ares stand in front of the tv and then let them take each other out... and make it bloody will yah! thanks.

If I remember right (which Kat would know better), The Winter Carnival is a non-profit, They have to either be in the red or break even every year. I don't think they can carry over. But I never really understood how that works when there was an ice-palace. They were in the red and needed to make that up. So it's opposite for us...we stress when we are ever in the red. They WANT to be in the red. ??

Thats why they sell buttons every year too, for that year only.

So what happens to the money if they are on the positive side at the end of the Carnival? Do they try to spend it on parades and events throughout the year?

The only gripe I have is it ends too early!

Otherwise its a great way to end the hunt and let loose and not worry about where the medallion is!

Ares? when we talked earlier it looked like there may be 2 or 3 more, if Eags says forsure than we are half way there to another table.

oh, I remember why I came in here.... I have about 60 of these sticky back name tags (I've had them for years). Has anyone asked the Pioneer Press for these for the pre-dig? and i can save these for the re-hash? OR do you think the CoolerCrew can use them at Yarussos Pre-Dig?

So thought I would see if I could get the current Vulcan Krewe to make an appearance at the pre-dig for you Red supporters....

Unfortunately they can't as they are not allowed to be in Yarusso's.
