And for Ittiz Eye - notice the list of stories on Disc 1. Earmuff...singular.

In explanation, Ittiz Eye created an online hunt that eventually ended at a webpage he had created. The clues were to put together the URL...ending in earmuffs (plural).

Green got it first. I kept using earmuff.

He didn't know the story at that point.

That virtual hunt was a classic. Went on for awhile. As Eye recall, we lost the thing when the PP suddenly revamped their discussion boards.

As cheesy as it sounds, that movie is what made me want to be a teacher. I know, pretty lame. I like this clue because it makes me feel like I know what is going on.

Now Leelebell is crying and the whole bar is singing "Your Raise Me Up" by Josh Groban. Everyone should get down here before we get arrested.

I Love the mail box idea for Stand and deliver yet we need to keep an open mind in case it's a double clue or for possible different meanings

okay here we go with early crazy ideas. heaven or hell come. mark twain story. fair child in story is named helen lester . helen st? fairchild name of gopher a state fair named after henry s fairchild who got the proprty of the state fair allocated in 1885. q's and p's . kewpee dolls made by rose o neill. lived in nebraska . nebraska park?just off of helen st?.....way out there but it's early and anything goes

You're right - anything goes this early. Most of our early noodles end up in the trash, but sometimes something sticks.

No sense hanging waiting for the clue tonight. I am heading for the sheets. No sense being sleep deprived when I don't need to be.

Goodnight and SCDs to coolerheads everywhere!

I think this noodle is important I believe it is the street name we are always looking for early on....It's obscure but not a stretch

Are there any streets near parks, that intersect, with names beginning with P and Q? I found this link http://www.phrases.org.uk/meanings/mind-your-ps-and-qs.html to other meanins of 'mind your Ps & Qs' I've heard the bartender pint and quart one before (bars on corners near park?) Also apparently there is a (modern day) Thomas Dekker who is an actor, and has ties to minneapolis.

P & Q in terms of clothing, might make sense too. I just don't know how.

I am guessing the dam refrence could point us to a park with a lake. Back in the 'ol day they use to hint to us if the park was regional or had a golf course.

Even more so, it's "Q's and P's" from the video. Not sure if the out of order sequence is anything telling or not. Any thoughts?

I'm trying to figure if the first stanza is just paying tribute and the noodle is in the second stanza... or the other way around.

One thing I noticed about the clues is the use of the same word to make a rhyme work. In the first clue it was "welcome" and "come." Now today we have "steps" and "doorsteps." Unless it's hidden at the Lamplighter, I got no idea what "come" and "steps" have in common if anything. Just something that jumped out to me though.

Cleveland Ave runs into Thom Ct which turns onto Thom Dr which runs straight into Perry Park in Arden Hills.

If there is an "As You Like It"- shakespeare clue that will indicate Arden....

So I'm starting to think that the CW added the first stanza after the anouncement was made the other day... I don't think the CW would be privy to that info before hand... I assume they write them weeks/months prior to the hunt. Unless the Editor is the CW... but I can't see him writing a tribute to himself.

I do find it interesting that the article says he will be with the paper until the beginning of Feb... until the end of the hunt?

ADAM ANT - STAND AND DELIVER LYRICS

    Adam ant/Marco Pirroni

IÂ’m the dandy highwayman who youÂ’re too scared to mention I spend my cash on looking flash and grabbing your attention The devil take your stereo and your record collection! The way you look youÂ’ll qualify for next yearÂ’s old age pension!Stand and deliver your money or your life!Try and use a mirror no bullet or a knife!IÂ’m the dandy highwayman so sick of easy fashionThe clumsy boots, peek-a-boo roots that people think so dashing So whatÂ’s the point of robbery when nothing is worth taking? ItÂ’s kind of tough to tell a scruff the big mistake heÂ’s makingStand and deliver your money or your life!Try and use a mirror no bullet or a knife! And even though you fool your souls Your conscience will be mine All mineWeÂ’re the dandy highwaymen so tired of excuses Of deep meaning philosophies where only showbiz loses WeÂ’re the dandy highwaymen and hereÂ’s our invitation Throw your safety overboard and join our insect nation Stand and deliver your money or your life!Try and use a mirror no bullet or a knife! And even though you fool your souls Your conscience will be mine, all mine Da diddley qa qa da diddley qa diddley qa qa da diddley qa qa Stand and deliver your money or your life! Stand and deliver your money or your life!...

Agreed, I posted something of the same last night.

They probably added this stanza last minute and they may have even waited to hide the medallion so they could use the newspaper as a wrapping around the puck...

That would coincide with the timing of the deed is done video.
