A park where the surrounding streets are named after novelists?

Now, I'm trying to be serious.... this noodle is a laugh, but think about it...

Where lovers meet & keeping a stiff upper lip = things done with a wedding

Water to Ice - Prime Location = Pond in dead center of Park

-- *Sigh* - Did anyone bother checking the Como frog's ass yet THIS year?

Regarding the winter lovers who live in WBL and are getting married, does anyone know where they met? Specifically?

Churchill St turns into Van Slyke Ave as you cross Horton.

Churchill, of course, was a novelist and Andy Van Slyke just published his first novel (The Curse) in 2010. This follows along with the potential baseball theme in earlier clues.

What do Bears, rats, owls, and Vultures have in common? I'd say Cono but the rats don't fit in there......unless the rats are the old Mafia hints....

Hey! Someone stole my run room guy! No fair!

From the 2011 rules:

"The medallion will not be hidden on the State Capitol grounds, at Como Zoo & Conservatory, under any skating surface, on a golf course, under artificial turf or at any construction site."

Doesn't say anything about the FROG POND!

They were engaged at Rudy's Red Eye Grill in WBL. Former King Bill Foussard (who owns Rudy') brought the ring out. They have known each other for 30some years

Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on the North gate at HF (Magoffin) being named after a ship?

Let's play with this a second.

So now the CW has entered into the realm of Foot Fetish. (which could tie in nicely with his lover line in the same clue)

In the videos we have his affection for blow up dolls, and also 'furries' with the kissing of the rat.

hmm - must be Crosby, since I don't think Ramsey County has any out right sex clubs..

Hey everyone. I'm a newbie here, first time out searching.

What do you all think about Harriet? A lot of the clues work for this place as well. If you look at a map of the park, the walking paths intersect at a 32 degree angle (or close to) diagonally from the bridge entrance from water st.

Hall proposed this fall at RudyÂ’s Redeye Grill in White Bear Lake, the site of their first date.

Redye? the Owl?

Welcome! Hope you have a great hunt... I think Harriet works, but not well enough to give me an "Ah-ha!" moment...but then, nothing does, yet.

Not Stripclubs... SEX Clubs..

Example, the Power Exchange. Which is essentially what Crosby is without the fee's and regulations.

Or maybe a dominatrix place?

Are there any sex stores that sell that stuff near parks?

Welcome mkoskie!

Bee - I know you had that Bee running inside that box many years ago. Sooner or later, someone else had to find that to use too.

The carnival love story is sweet.

We need a new clue. We also need that aha moment when it all comes together.

Its been enough years that it was part of the festivities the year the medallion was in the West Picnic Grounds area.
