I thought of that park too, but it's mostly just a woodsy steep slope. I think I tried to access it once (back when in lived in SSP). I don't think it is even marked. The only way to access it was a dead end street.
what summer allows winter forbids, so save a parent and kick a kid????? lol just kiddin but seriously...its freezing out, the kids are home, and this hunt is so filled with red herrings its not even funny.
I think this is going to be one of those generic clues... meaning that there are many things to do in the park. bike/walk trails, benches, stuff for the whole family.
They use dog references a lot... doesn't always mean dog park. Plus there are a bunch of them.
Just about every hunt I have been in attendance to has had someone walking their dog. that doesn't mean anything to me really. sure, it could mean dog park but I'm not convinced. I have had it narrowed down to a few that are on my mind but I am the first to fold like a cheap suit if this thing shows up in CoNo.
I would highly find a major doubt anything but gabarge is there.

There's also the high bridge dog park across from Harriet. You can probably see the Holiday Inn by the Liffey from Harriet, too.
Harriet doesn't have great places to hide it when there's not a lot of snow, though.

The bike trails at BC become groomed CC ski trails in the winter.

Looks about halfway between Beaver Lake and Conway.
Well ... not going to overthink this one. I'll try some anagrams, and post if I find anything profound.
