I kinda disagree. Couldn't the "Outer Limit" be the river's edge of Crosby Farm. That is the boundary for Ramsey County and is an outer limit. The exception for this with Crosby is that the boundary goes out and around Pike Island across from most of Crosby. Interestingly enough, where the boundary/river rejoins back with the border shores of Crosby Park is at the approximate roads "HOMER to ELWAY (SLICED)" portion of the park.
I think the outer limit being the county line just means it's in Ramsey County. They have used Ramsey County in early clues previously and it was found in St. Paul.
I tend to agree with you, Terry. I've also wondered if the Red Bull Crashed Ice narrows it to St Paul proper since that is where the event takes place.
Curious, I was driving around downtown today and happened upon a detour sign for Shepard Road. Is that road under construction? If so, that could pose a problem for Crosby.
Yeah my hubby and I got that the first day. Lol dang it! We were hoping it would wait til this weekend. Oh well, all is fair. I guess I will just end up being the "cake lady" again this year  sucks cause I really needed the money. I know a bit more but I have to kee a few secretss....PLUS, I could be wrong too right?

You know here are a few thoughts I had when I quickly looked at the clues.
The first clue with High Tech Gear: Cell Phone Tower Near By? Or Needing a GPS so you don't get lost (Woods)
The Happy Holidays Pair, honestly the 12 days of Chritmas is what first came to mind, Two Turtle Doves. This idea is a big Blur, Turtles (The Candy) comes to mind but they do not make Turtles at the Pearsons plant, but Pearsons parent comapny does.
Clue 3 what comes to mind when first glanced at it, Park wth a Lake which allows Pets, Bikes and has a cross country trail or ice rank.
Clue 4: First thing that came to mind was Yellow Snow, but don't think the clue writer would have the heart to hide the treasure in a block of frozen dog pee.
All the cool/fun clues in the last few years have been "what it's in" clues. (Remember the dead lady clue?) I was hoping this clue would narrow the parks to those that can see the cathedral, but I don't think that's it.
I'm still on Crosby right now. We'll see what happens tonight.
Anybody out here? I can't stay awake for more than 5 minutes and have hardly read the clues.
The no scuba diving signs at hidden falls came to mind. Otherwise' Crosby has been in my dreams.
Stuck here in NYC with overbearing parents uh until late Monday night. I have an appointment with the liver surgeon then. I was planning on coming home and flying back in a few weeks.
Amuse me. Let me know where you have been. I can hardly walk and cannot lift over 5 pounds besides not keeping awake. I will come out on Tues if she is still out there.
Sunny - some are thinking Crosby, Hidden Falls, Como, Battle Creek, and half a dozen more at least. No concensus yet. That will come though - hopefully by the weekend. Really glad to see you.
remember last time it was at crosby.....i personally was there on clue 2 but refused to believe cw would give us the park on clue 2.....so i went to COLO
very little snow , cold cold, new medallion....song in 2nd clue...are a few things that are like a "reprise"
I like the stairs at hidden falls. They cleared a ton of the underbrush in hidden falls so the woods has an open magical view. there are 2 large fallen trees that I am looking by.
at Crosby there is a cool sandstone gorge that is narrow and ends in a frozen waterfall, one of the most interresting places I have been to in MN.
I saw a cool hawk over the gorge at hidden a few weeks ago. I thought it looked very brushy compared to like 1940 (from the pictures on the new signage.). Would love to see everybody there on Tuesday. I kept thinking only Crosby in my state, but don't really know why. Are people no longer using this board. Its hard to use with a tablet.
Battle Creek Regional Park provides two ski opportunities at Battle Creek between Upper and Lower Afton just East of McKnight.
Pairs? 2 skiing oppourtunities, 2 holidays, 2 aftons...
The sport is Ice Cross Downhill which is a combination of hockey, boardercross, and downhill skiing.

Watch out where those huskies go and dont you eat that yellow snow!

What I find to be interesting is noodling scrambled clues for an hour or so because no one seems to be able to unscramble them.

Guess I should read the clues huh? I guess I have 4 days to do only that...
Oh,and Ian sent me a winter carnival smashed penny. Its like my own medallion except the nurses brought it to me. That was very sweet.
But I'm looking for the noodle on who sang Christmas Songs as Twos.
