They could post 6 unrelated numbers, a picture of a yield sign, and some string. We'd come up with the mapping center of what that meant. It's why I love you guys!
Is it possible they would throw a red herring in an anagram? I just can't see that as possible: as much as I want it to be the case. I can see actual clue being a red herring but an anagram? Help CC: I'M STILL A TODDLER TO THIS!
I struggled with that too. But as we have become more sophisticated in our hunting skills, so too has CW become more creative in their verse. I remember when the first letters of each line became a clue inside a clue- then came the "C O M O I S N O T..." year....So It seems plausible that since we've grown to depend on the anagram, that a falsely placed anagram would be a great diversion. I would offer a preemptive "golf-clap" to this, it was long expected.
Geez... the tc.com site is getting worse with the pop up ads... taking advantage of the increase traffic I suppose. Just make it annoying as hell to navigate.
I've been doing that for years...
