Yeah, that would make sense. Upper Landing, Mississippi River Gorge, Bruce Vento, or that long trail everyone keeps mentioning.

Get schooled in time... I wonder if this means we need to learn something about time itself?

Or simply "get schooled" could mean it is near a school.

I do NOT want it to be outside of St. Paul again this year! I really hope the "think outside the box" thing isn't meaning to look again in another county park outside the city. Or, it could mean shift yourself back to the city. I hope so.

The Bruce Vento Nature Sanctuary is a place where Saint PaulÂ’s past, present and future combine. As you stand next to the wetland at Wakan Tipi and face the bluff, you can take a look back in time to the powerful geologic forces that carved this valley. If you turn around, you can see the downtown Saint Paul skyline. Looking beyond, at the Mississippi River corridor, you can take in the view of the majestic river that explains why this area has been important to people and cultures for thousands of years.

This is close, but probably not close enough.

Closed school?

The schools to be closed include Ames, Prosperity Heights, Sheridan and Franklin elementary schools, which are targeted to be closed for up to three years. Wellstone Elementary and Hazel Park Middle schools would be closed for only one year and the buildings reopened the following year with other programs. Most changes would take effect this fall.

I think Thinking outside the box is saying out of Saint Paul get schooled a Highschool named with the city...???.???

• "Think outside the box" in last year's hunt meant it was outside St. Paul.

• "Another shift is due" probably means it's inside the city instead this year.

• Crosby 2005 hunt is was frozen to the back of a piece of tree bark.

• Wheeler Street is a small street located less than a block from - the entrance to Crosby Farm Park

I fell asleep again waiting for the dang clue and missed all the fun of noodling it scrambled.

Early thoughts is it is in St. Paul, Schooled could be Harriet Bishop and wheel could be paddle wheel if my thoughts about Harriet Island are correct.

When I saw wheel, I also thought back to the last time it was at Newell. Wheeler St. is one of the bordering street names.

I realize this was a few clues back - did anyone catch this tidbit?...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Happy_Holiday_(song)

"The song was introduced by Bing Crosby in the 1942 film Holiday Inn. While it is often regarded as a Christmas song, in the film it is performed on New Year's Eve... ...Prior to the movie debut, the song was first sung at the opening of the 1941 Saint Paul (MN) Winter Carnival by a local duo cpt records: Jane and Robert Newell . This is not been verified and rumored to have been added as a bluff."

This clue still confuses me. The first part clearly tells us it's in St Paul (incase the flood plain reference didn't), but the second part tells me both Crosby and Harriet. I'm a bit stumped on the Wheel of Fortune line, though I have had a few beverages and it is 1 am. I'll sleep on it and let you know if I have any brainstorms/come to Jesus, it's at Shamrock Park moments.

Perhaps the clues were intentionally setup with double meanings? I'm sure it's not beyond reason.

Obviously, that would be a big red herring.
