Occupy Wall Street says their movement represent the “99 percent” of Americans who’ve been left behind, while a tiny minority of wealthy earners pull ahead. So who are the 1 percenters?
Interestingly, just as Occupy Wall Street is bringing their grievances about this growing gap to a broader public, the Democratic Party is re-adjusting it’s definition of “rich.” As my colleague Lori Montgomery reports, Senate Democrats have ditched President Obama’s plan to raise taxes on households who have more than $250,000 a year for a proposal to tax those who earn more than $1 million a year. Those who have a household income of $250,000 wouldn’t fall in the top 1 percent. But those who have incomes of more than $1 million would — at least outside New York City.
There are some smaller parks where you can see the 1, but I doubt there will ever be a hunt in a smaller park again. Just wondering, do they still light up that 1?
Yes. The 1 is lit up at night. It's what makes me want to get Inks out of bed so we can verify where it can be seen from. It's easier at night than during the day.
It could be a red herring, but one of the main reasons I didn't buy into Crosby was my idea that exercising the kids would mean a playground in a clue that gave all the path for jogging, walking your dog - general park clues.
You have to hand it to CW, for a clever but a somewhat cheap ploy. Clue one reads "Oh, I'm gonna fuXX with you this year", virtually paralyzing long time diggers.
And most of my education was private education and the reason my kids went to public school. When I got to public school in 9th grade, I had grades to be in accelerated classes and brother did I struggle. Private education may be different now, but then it was lagging behind. My kids got a better education.
I was also horribly behind in science. Nuns only taught science one week per quarter so you got a grade in science. Fall was why leaves turn colors, winter was ice and snow, spring was hail, rain, sleet and clouds. Accelerated science was a killer.
OK>>>we have looked at this....
which of the 2 parks is it giving us???
Harriet?
Crosby?
"In formal writing, you should spell the percentage out like “12 percent of the players”
I think Harriet.
Other parks that the 1 can be seen from would be Cherokee, Kellogg and Mounds and perhaps part of BC, but only Harriet suffers floods of all those.
So how does this fit into the hunt?
Fury Jeep we Thank??? I do anyways
Is it the Marina? Which Marina?
or is it
Is it the YATCH CLUB across the Part of Harriet?
Is it the POOL and YACHT Club accros the river from Crosby?
worthless...again its Friday nite...
3 song Crosby references and people want to believe that all three are herrings.
One number 1 and now the ship has sailed a different direction.
The CW could know that we are going to think 1st national bank.
Wheel of Fortune?
one for the money - A.B Stickney - financier

(If you can't see my sarcasm by now, I give up!)
