I found around 500 found caches as well I planted quite a few, however, I am not geocaching now and am inactive. Fun while it lasted. Hope to go back to it one day.
Thanks Zephy. She's just 10 months old now. Cute as cute can be. Parents are a little more relaxed, but I swear if you looked up first-time parents, there would be a picture of them.
We have friends who live on the edge of what is a vanishing prairie in our area and one day, he was out walking the trail he's made through the part closest to his home. He called me and said "I've just found the weirdest thing!" and after he described it, I said "It's from a geocacher...put it back!"
I explained what it was and why he didn't have to fear some devious plot...ha!
I never really found a lot of APPS for my Samsung Galaxy to be that cool, but the geocaching one is very cool. Not the best GPS receiver ever made, but it sure is fun to open it up and see how many caches are nearby. For those days when you have very small chunks of free time, it is very cool
Alright, if I'm gonna be here on a regular basis when this place is so quiet, would someone/anyone care if I was able to moderate so I could make up some hunt folders etc?
Terry gave me a great idea about making a folder for all the major parks so we could post info on them as we happen to hear anything (ie I see an article about como, I go and post it in the como park thread.).
I dont like having so many annual bills due at the start of the year,so i'll be inactive for a few months. Rate things go here, I won't have much to catch up on. If anyone needs me till then, catch me on facebook.
