South Paul,Western runs east and west also.........I can name lots of parks and lots of tracks through or by lots of parks that run east and west......it's gonna take alot more than that to convince me,you have to twist everything to make it fit.I will admit there are some thing that make sense but I can say that same thing for about five other places.
