all and someone please just find it and lets get this overwith huh
Anyone who says that it's anywhere other than Cherokee park needs to have their head examined. To boot, anyone who says that it's in lame places like the tennis courts, or the lower side of the park needs to do the same.
you are definitely right about the unscramble. have you given any thought to the pyramids if they are not the bathrooms? or is the consensus at the water cooler that there is no question about it?
I don't think it's in the east side of the park. I won't tell you what *I* think. :) I'm going to have to see what the new clue brings to tell whetheror not I go back out tonight.
The three pyramids is rather undisputed. Especially with how all the other clues seem to fall into place with Cherokee Park. Searching, I think you've got a good call pondering the idea that you should be able to see all of the main items mentioned at the same time. So far, it's possible, but still in a rather large area.
I think the clues have narrowed down the search area from annapolis to the bathrooms and from chippewa to cherokee hghts blvd. Now that still is a big area but does confine the search somewhat.
People have rumored that it's in a coolwhip container, or a coolwhip lid. They get that from yesterday's clue. I don't really agree with that, though..
I hope that the next clue gives something better than "there're leaves by the treasure," or "look up, and if it's blue, then the treasure just might be for you!" or some lameass clue like that.
Sorry I missed all the fun today, just got back from Chicago. I predict that tonights clue will only tell us what it's in and we still won't know where to dig, assuming that "Rosebud" means sled. Too bad that Busch didn't stop the execution in Texas today, that pickax lady could have done some serious digging at CP
I'll go as far as saying that it's been confined a heck of a lot more than that; take the playground to the top of the sliding hill, and the beginning of the parkground (*not* including the sidewalk) to the bottom of that hillish area before Cherokee boulevard.
The medallion is made out of some sort of nonmetallic material developed by 3M; metal detectors are useless. Roughly the size of a half-full dollar, and about a quarter to half inch thick.
At the point, you can't see 70% of the key objects in the clues. That's way out.
Unlock the door and be at the fore is the clue pointing to Cherokee Park, I'm pretty sure that it's the only factor in that clue.
mode and demo, fool around with it, you get dome. The domes of both the Cathedral and teh Capitol can be seen at various places in the park.

I thought that, but why two domes to try and line up with. I have another one too that does not make sense. Double negatives "end-up" and "high-ground". Is this person trying to tell us to be at the end of the park and a low lying area?
Matt -- I know you don't like the area by the tennis courts but I keep pondering on the 'double division' and 'to and fro' which are both tennis terms. The clue did say 'near' the line of double division. However, I find no pyramids in view there. There is Baker street for 'dough', chippewa is there and the view of both domes and the smoke stack. Convince me please, so I dont waste my time.
Fellow South Park viewer, the medallion was found there in 1992. Word is that they would not hide it in the same locale because the years are so close together. You raise a strong argument but it might just be a way for them to throw you for a loop. Good luck!
Cape? comon whatya people ignorant
just think a little harder than you are right now

Cindy - Put cape and whip together, unscramble it - CHIPPEWA - as in Street running along the one side of Cherokee.\
We're leaving now to hunt. See you there!
Howdy guys, just announcingmy presence to y'all... What's the new thoughts on the search?
I have been reading this Water Cool thing all week, cool stuff. Why has no one found it?
what's with that ugly picture?
..

I want to talk clues, why does everyone think its on the east side of the park???
Why do the say a St Paul park in the clues, when we all know that it is in Cherokee Park, and that is not a St Paul Park ?!?
SUNSHINE HAVE YOU BEEN TRYING TO FIND THE MEDALLION WELL INCASE YOU DIDN'T NOTIC IT IS HARD TO FIND.MATT READ OUR LAST ONE.
Hi gang, just got back from CP. Probably going back tonite after the 11:30 clue
eventhough I have school at 8:00a.m. :) The people at CP seem dumbfounded, just like
me and everyone else though
I'm kinda disappointed in the clues. They refer only to the park, not where in the place, not what it's in....
The 3 pyramids are probably the bathrooms because there is 3 diamond
shaped things on the top. Could the damn thing be in the place where
you can see the smoke stack, the cathederal, and the capitol all in the same view?
Terry --
you are definitely right about the unscramble. have you given any thought to the pyramids if they are not the bathrooms? or is the consensus at the water cooler that there is no question about it?
Anyone had a chance to check out the hotdogs the guy is selling down there?
Are they any good? But that's off the subject
I don't think it's in the east side of the park. I won't tell you what *I* think. :) I'm going to have to see what the new clue brings to tell whetheror not I go back out tonight.
Does anyone know what the medallion is hidden in this year?

HELP ME!!!

Pooey Face - Yes I have been out searching but... half of the park has been 'X' out by the clues so far. I'm frustated and very sore from digging.
Agreed Axel

I think it has to be in the south area of cherokee park but
probably not in the woods. By the way is the medallion constructed out
of a non metallic material?
the three pyramids ARE at cherokee lola
I was digging earlier in a place where the cathederal and the smoke stack
were in a perfect line, but it turned up empty. I was also think that "point"
might have been where Cippewwa and CHerokee BLVD. come together, near the Parks and rec sign
but that was all tore up
What does "fore" mean, does that relate to golfing by any chance?
Is there swingsets at Cherokee park. In golfing they swing clubs.
The clue said to unlock the door and be at the fore.
Has anyone really figured out the 'mode' + 'demo' clue yet, that one just BUGS me!
I'll go as far as saying that it's been confined a heck of a lot more than that; take the playground to the top of the sliding hill, and the beginning of the parkground (*not* including the sidewalk) to the bottom of that hillish area before Cherokee boulevard.
Jameson---yep...some plastic composite
sunshine- mode & demo are anagrams for dome...we think the capitol and the cathedral
Did anyone check the spot where it was hidden in 1992?
Okay, lemme address all those in turn:

John, there is a swing set in the park. However, earlier someone mentioned the words in a clue- to and fro- hence the swingset connection.

There are 2 no golfing signs at CP

MODE AND DEMO BOTH SPELL DOME, YOU GOTTA SEE THE DOME, I HAVE BEEN DIGGING FOR 5 DAYS, EACH DAY 3-5 HOURS I'M WHIPPED WITH A CAPE
cartman...the double division is the line where ramsey county becomes oh i for get which county...and st paul becomes lilydale
at cherokee and anapolis
Uh, if 'to and fro' is a key, then there's no connection, as the line states, "There's no need to go to and fro"

Hmm.. The tenniscourtsare so sug up already anyways, if it were there, it'd havebeen found already.
The season has begun for wintry fun. It could be at the beginning of
the park.
What are some of the city streets around Cherokee park?
My stupid spacebar is dying.
The other county is Dakota county. Annapolis also separates St. Paul from West St. Paul.
The park has no definate beginning or end... The thing has signs at both sides.
