there is only one place it can be; Mounds!

Right on "THORN" @ ERAL st. Across from mounds blvd. in the playground

near the slide where the kids go zoom. Near the light tower to "guide the way" to the airport near the "high ground" overlooking the river "water" and "woods" to the s. of the park. no way it could be anywhere else.

Dan, I agree everything does LOOK good for mounds (I'm stuck between mounds and hidden falls/highland), there is no sledding hill anywhere near mounds. And you can;t really see any of the "key" items, i.e. dome from the playground area.

JoeMedallion

Are you there, Itsinmypocket now?

Thu, 01/29/1998 - 4:02 PM Permalink
JoeMedallion

Hey emmy & hannah's mom, why did you put "key" in quotations?

Thu, 01/29/1998 - 4:03 PM Permalink
JoeMedallion

Mother lode doesn't mean the big rock at Cherokee Park.

Where and how do you get a registered button?

Hey how do ya like the new patrotic Wright? Later Ill get a different one, but I made it myself. Rock on!

Everything in the clues has the potential to be a "key" item. Or to be taken FAR TOO SERIOUSLY. I think that it will be important to have a dome, or domes in view from where the medallion is found.

Where are you now, Snowball2? Running to tell mommy again?

Dan Reinhardt

I work for parks and rec. and I worked at watergate for a couple of years. been through all of hidden falls Even the really hidden parts. it's ok except whats high ground at the falls? whats "guiding the way"? ZOOM likely is the slides at the playground at mounds.

Where in the world are you Itsinmypocket now?

Dan

High ground could be a reference to Highland - the general neighborhood, or as someone thought previously, perhaps this is telling us what the medallion is hidden inside (coffee can=higher ground). I don't know, either, just trying to keep an open mind.

You buy the button at Holiday or Super America or anywhere else they sell them, and then had to send in the registration by today. I think it has to be postmarked by today, so you still have time. Otherwise you will just need to find someone who has one and split the cashola with them if you are luckky enough to find the medallion.

I'm pretty sure you can see both the domes (capitol and church from mounds) are there any domes near Highland? Maybe the domes have to do with the water holding tanks buried at highland?

YBnormal -- there are two huge dome-shaped water towers at Highland. Could be the place Highland Parkway (city street -- show us the way). I still believe it's Mounds or Cherokee, however.
